Absolutely terrible. Will leave you with horribly done hair, horrible customer service experience and a pained neck from the shampooing!! Tiffany(however she spells it) was a complete jerk. First thing that happens- she tells me she doesnt take Groupons... Well that shouldve been listed on the website since when you call they tell you to book online!! Next... horrible conversation skills and poor attitude! Next... goes to shampoo my hair, OUCH! It was the most uncomfortable experience Ive ever had in a salon! A decent salon would have at least put a towel behind your neck. Nope, not this place. Then I get charged an extra $5 to sit in this uncomfortable position for 5 mins for a toner.. Then she apparently didnt know what 2 inches was to cut off the length... didnt listen to me where my normal part is... And did a mediocre haircut. Blow dryed my hair and kicked me out. I PAID for it to be styled. I get home and look at this God awful job she did and am very disappointed. I PAID for a full highlight. Even an extra $20 because my hair is long... half of the mix was still in the bowl after she was done highlighting!! Underneath my hair... ZERO highlights. Top of my head... I couldve done a better job with my eyes closed. So I wait a few days because I wanted my husbands opinion... He agreed with me so I called and asked to speak with Whitney, she wasnt there so they said she would call me back and its been 2 weeks... no phone call! All in all I ended up paying full price for horribly done hair. $90 for the Groupon, $25 for wasted add ons and a wasted $30 tip. I do not suggest this salon to anyone. Horrible horrible horrible! And DISGUSTING! Walls and floors FULL of hair. It looked like no one had done a proper sweep or clean up in a loonngg time!

I love this place! Very comfortable and inviting environment. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. I cant see how anyone could ever think that this salon isnt amazing. Every time Im here its impeccablely clean and welcoming. Elvin has done my hair for almost 15 years and he is amazing. Ive lived in Winter Haven, Orlando and now Lakeland and I have always traveled to see him. I cant say enough wonderful things about him. He did my entire wedding. Hair and makeup. He did my sisters as well. On a personal level you wont find a nicer or more compassionate person. He truly cares about his clients and takes the time to get to know whats going on in their life. Overall A++ rating for the salon and even higher for Elvin.

Worst massage and place I have ever been. The woman complained the whole time I was on her massage table. The massage itself was weak and not thourough and I received no positive benefits and was more stressed when I left. The place was dirty, my pants had hair all over them when I put them back on- the place is a hair salon so it must have carried in on peoples shoes!!?? YUCK! I had difficulty getting an appointment and even the therapists message said she had been overwhelmed by Group something appointments. Well I was a cash client and did not have a Group thing. Eventually I did get a call back and regretfully I wasted my $ money. I will not return. I found a better place nearby.

Tangles website quote,"Our clients are our #1 priority. Our salon is dedicated to customer service and value." I left unhappy with unfinished hair uncolor, to say the least. When I called for a refund, with the above quote in mind, the stylist put me off asking me to call back the next day her last words being, "I will make this right". I called and for the next 2 days my calls were sent to voice mail. I then called to take it up with the owner, again recalling the salon quote. Needless to say they decided not to refund my money. So here I am as promised giving a negative/unhappy review, which is my right.

I have gone to Tangles Studio since their opening and never been anything short of completely satisfied with all of the services offered at the salon. The unique aspect of Tangles Studio is that each person owns their own business, so whatever service you purchase is given by the same person who owns their business! As a business coach I often use Tangles Studio as an example in my own workshops of how a group of women entrepreneurs came together to share space and yet maintain business ownership. My experiences has been where business women really try to please their clients.

I have seen Shawna at Tangles twice now and have gotten an amazing cut, foil highlights and now a smoothing treatment. Prices are very reasonable for the professional services. The Agave smoothing treatment is cutting edge, all natural and free of the formaldehyde. Great cut for my thin hair type too. I have been to other places around town with limited hours, Shawna is really accommodating. I highly recommend seeing her.

Got a groupon for their massage therapist.. She never answered her phone or called me back (for 3 weeks)so i could make the appointment. I called the store number and who ever answered apologized when i told her what was happening and said she woyld make sure she called me..BUT NEVER DID and my groupon expired!

A member of the family made us an appt with Tiphani Bray who was on time, professional, and did a great haircut on my mom (who resently had a stroke & had trouble communicating). Tiphani was great with her and fixed her right up! And we found out that she came in on her day off to do it! Thanks Tiphani!

This is a great full service salon. All the cosmetologists on site are excellent. Great prices in a laid back comfortable setting. If you are in need of a massage or facial the people there are terrific. Also you can book your appointment easily online through Vagaro.
