An unskilled stylist did beach highlights on my chemically relaxed hair! I asked her to use a product that just lightened my hair and she advised bleach would be the best way to go. When she was done I looked like a skunk. I went home and cried. I called the salon for corrective color services. The manager toned down the damaged streaks a bit and provided a conditioning treatment. I went back a second time for more corrective color and another conditioning treatment- the manager informed me that my hair was damaged form the bleach and I would not be able to use a relaxer treatment on my hair for a while until the damaged pieces grow out. I was balancing out my check register for the month of December and noticed my total debit card charges from Regis in the month totaled $304.52. I also paid cash for some of the services and became a bit concerned at what I was exactly charged for. I requested an itemization of charges and was told that the system they operate on could not produce an itemization. I called the corporate number four times and no one returned my phone call! I had to file a complaint through the better business bureau and I disputed the charges with my bank. Regis decided to respond to my complaint and offer me a $50 gift card to any of their salons! This is crazy, why would I want to return to a salon that ruined my hair! Obviously this salon does not care about their customers only money- they charge for color correction so don’t go to them if you are expecting quality hair care. Obviously they don’t care if their customers are walking around town with bad hair.

I went to get a shaved hair style. The stylist insisted not to get it. I dont pay u to tell me WHAT I WANT FOR MY OWN HAIR for starters so i got and an undercut . Secondly i showed her MULTIPLE pics of the hair style i wanted. And she completely and utterly screwed up my hair!!!!!!! As i walked out she started talking crap about me as well! She had the most horrible attituded i shouldnt of even tipped her but i did and she still had the guts to talk crap about me as me and my little sisters left! And wen she was done destroying my hair i asked if she could put in the lines like in the pictures and she said I cant do that. Im like are you serious then why did she say she could do the style i wanted at all!!! Never ever again....

I now will only go to Regis. Hairstylist Catalina recreated a completely new look...I went from waist length hair to a short sassy symentrical cut....which I have never had so many compliments and asked where I had it done. Very reasonable rates....And as I observed other stylists....I noticed they took their time giving their customer exactly what they wanted. Im waiting to call in this Sunday at 11:30 to see if Catalina has an opening. Lol...Also I did purchase a couple hair products which were awesome...Especially the stay which helps my hair not to frizz out in this Florida climate. I have straight hair and without the spray....Strands will start to frizz. This product does not leave your hair greasy either!!!!!

I visited Regis Salon located inside Edison mall and I can honestly said that I LOVE IT!!! The people there are amazing and they will work with you to make sure that you get what you want. My stylist was Sarah and she is beyond amazing, she made sure that what I was asking for was really what I wanted and made sure that she got what I said right, she was beyond friendly and amazing when it comes to do ombre hair. Overall the service was great, I believe that the price was just reasonable since I happen to have a lot of hair and it is super long and thick. I am positive that I will return to Regis after this.

Some people have said this salon is great but, They chopped off my hair horribly, most of the stylists were rude, and not to mention I have heard horror stories about this one ( in the Edison mall)
