Went in for a haircut with a coupon. The manager sweet-talked me into a dye job - said it would turn out so well, and would leave a bit of my gray temples (Im a guy) and nice highlights. Well, 1 1/2 hours later, I left with medium brown hair - looked horrible. And two products to "maintain" - almost $100. I felt horrible - and looked the same. Thank god Im retired and didnt have to go to the office the next day. It took over 5 weeks to grow out - my friends gave me such a hard time. And I felt so "taken". BTW - when I was under the dryer - I saw on the Breakroom whiteboard "How to sell the Customer". They sure reeled me in. I now see a sign "Under new Management" Hope the old ones gone..... Im sure they had a good laugh when I left. Do not recommend at all. Scam Artists.

Walked in for a simple wax. I was asked immediately if I wanted a color, to which my reply of "not today" was met with a sigh and begrudging disappointment. There was a lot of loud chatter between the stylists and very little interaction with either of the clients receiving services. I needed to tell the stylist that the wax was cooling as she applied it because it started to pull on my skin. She paid little attention to my concern as she did it two more times after I pointed it out. Although she completed the task, it wasnt exactly pleasant or warranted a return/repeat visit. She missed a couple of areas but I decided to not have her do them again, for fear of burning or actually causing injury to my skin.

I read the reviews before I came and thought I would give them a try anyway, since both the reviews were from three and four years ago. When I walked in, the place was very clean and I was greeted with a warm welcome. Kimberly was my hair stylist. She was very quick, accurate, detailed, and not once did she hurt my head which is very sensitive after having brain cancer three times. Jillian was the other stylist there and was also very kind. I would recommend this Hair Masters to anyone who needs their hair done and wants to walk out with a smile. Thank you ladies for caring and changing a Hair Masters that obviously, from past reviews, needed changing! You guys ROCK!!

I just went there yesterday. Gave the girl Amanda a picture of a sew in that I wanted and she did terrible!! I woke up this morning tracks were showing went back to her and she attempted to fix it. It dont look like a Bob and she made the braids too big. If you go I recommend you dont go to her for a sew in. I got better hair dos going to a chick that does hair out of her house

I never have to wait more than 15 minutes walk in and the girls always do my hair exactly the way I like it
