Use to love this place but definitely not anymore. I have been trying to get my hair cut done for weeks, finally made an appointment when I had time at 12:30 but the lady on the phone apparently wrote 11:30 because she hardly knew English. That lady has been there many times while I was there and she could never understand a word anyone says. When I showed up at 12:30 another lady said she waited 15 minutes for me to show up. While making the appointment they asked for my phone number, so clearly they had it wrote down. I even saw my number written down when I got there. BUT DIDNT DECIDED TO CALL ME? If only someone knew English a little more maybe they would have a loyal customer still. Never going back.

Had my daughters hair cut last week, since she has kinda wavy hair we didnt notice until we got home and I straightened it that it was extremely uneven. I dont usually have my daughters hair cut here, but figured since we were at the mall doing other things Id kill two birds with one stone. Never again! Had to take her to the local salon I usually take her, which ended up costing me more money for a simple hair cut.

Came here once to get a haircut. They said they were booked. I said when is your next opening? They said tomorrow. Now I drive twenty minutes down the road to Hair Cuttery. Been doing this for three years now, no regrets considering I always get in at Hair Cuttery.

They messed up my hair cut. Maybe if the staff listened to what people wanted or payed attention to customers they would not have screwed up. She was talking to others, she was answering phones, and she cut it way shorter than agreed!

Love Jenice!! She is absolutely amazing! I have never been so happy with my cut or experience. I am very picky and so far she is the only one who has done what I asked without messing me up. She will now be only one to touch my hair!

Their website says they close at 9:00, I went in around 7 to 8 and they told me theyre closed for the past three days straight. The people were also rude about it when I asked for a good time to come in.
