Avoid Baileigh at all cost. I assure you the recent bad reviews on here were due to her cuts. Worst haircut in my entire life and thats saying a lot when I just went for a trim. My hair was left unbelievable uneven. You would be better off having your hair cut by Michael j fox. Trust me. Ive never written a review in my life but I had to do this as a warning to others it was that bad. If you forget her name when you get in there shes real easy to spot, well i think she is a she, possibly trans. Not that theres anything wrong with that just trying to give you an accurate description. She is around 59 blonde has a dark fake tan and a real strong jaw line. Update: It seems Miss Baileigh has gotten word of my review here and has posted here under the name carolina glass, with a sad attempt to insult not only me but my girlfriend as well. At first I thought she picked the name carolina glass because of the rumors Ive heard of her being highly addicted to meth and for those of you that dont know, glass is a slang term for meth. Also meth addiction could explain the strong jaw line and trans features that Bailegh posseses. It would also explain the terrible haircut I recieved as im sure it is rather difficult to cut hair evenly while tweaking. Turns out out though, carolina glass is a company she used to work for out of woodruff south carolina. What is no surprise to me however, when I googled that company, they have an overall one star rating just like the haircut I was given. It seems no matter where Miss Baileigh goes disappointment and poor service follows.

I checked in online - a half-hour wait. That was fine. A lady and her son walked in some time later, and one of the girls said it would be a half-hour plus wait. The lady said it shouldnt be, since she checked in online. The girl asked if the boy was ready and took him right back!! Every one of us checked in online too but had been waiting a half-hour, or more. This was not right. Each stylist should take whoever is next on the list. There were two people that came in after me that got their hair cuts before me too. Otherwise I am satisfied with my trims that I get here.

Only reason I even gave one star was to write a review. Went in to get a cut and was just disgusted by a young lady named baleigh. She left half my hair longer than one side and when I said something all I got was well thats what you get. Just a horrible experience and there was no point in it. Will never be going there again. Otherwise the place was great, but she was just rude and when I left she was talking trash behind me. Would not recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience. Baleigh should learn not to talk trash about me. Good luck with this place.

Ive had my hair cut here three times. The haircuts are okay. The customer service is terrible. The last time I was there the stylist behaved as if she was profoundly confused. I walked up to the front desk and she just stood there staring at the cash register like she didnt know where she was for at least three minutes. Then she turns to a guy who was already seated and waiting and asks him for his information. He tells her and then says "I have already checked in". I turned around and walked out. I will not be back.

I went in this location with a pretty easy cut I sat down in baileigh seat she wasnt very talkative which was fine but when I started telling her what I wanted she was a bit snappy with her response . I dont think she even looked down at my hair when she done itm she constantly staired in the mirror. My hair IS TERRIBLY uneven it so bad I didnt even give her a chance to fix it ! This place is a joke. I wont be back

Worst haircut I have gotten in my entire life. Not an exaggeration. I think the lady actually tried to cut my hair unevenly. Theres no way someone with any sort of certification could have messed up that badly on accident. Took 3 minutes and paid more attention to her own hair than mine. Just awful. Never going back. Its the blatantly overweight one in case you MUST go there and need to know which one to avoid.

Wouldnt even leave one star, horrible horrible service! , BAILEIGH cut my hair! she didnt even give me what I wanted. My hair is terribly uneven. No way in hell I will ever go back to her! Stood around laughing and talking to the other workers, looked at herself in the mirror more then she did my hair! Do not go to her you will regret it!

Over an hour and 45 minute wait. The young blonde girl working just walked up and stared at me, took my phone number (never typed it in) told me the wait and told me to check in online next time. Super rude and honestly i wouldnt want someone that hateful doing my hair anyway.

One of the stylist literally shaved my boyfriends head into a buzz cut, he specifically said trim all over with an half inch guard & shape the neck. He came out with a buzzed haircut.. I dont know if she didnt hear him or what..

I was disappointed In my haircut showed a picture and stylist said she got it but totally got different cut it was to short on sides when it was suppose to be longer but she was very nice girl

Pam cut my hair. I was very nervous as I am having surgery and need my hair to be short. She did such a great job, styled my hair with my face, and made it very easy to keep up.

45 min wait 2 people working . No one smiling. Understaffed bad. 3 people have walked out because of 40 min wait. So I guess its just bed management.
