I called and was told by the receptionist that I could get an appointment "tomorrow" with my stylist. When I showed up the same receptionist that I spoke with on the phone was working and had no record of my appointment, she did not recall our conversation either and offered no apologies.( I wished that I could replay our phone conversation). My stylist looked over saw me there and was aware of a problem, but did not bother to see if she could fit me in. This was the end of my going to Hair Max. The receptionist needs to be more focused on work- not snacking.

I have been going to Legacy Hair Studios for many, many years. I have been always been welcomed with a warm greeting, cup of tea or some of their delicious fruit infused water. I am always so pleased with every service I receive - from haircut to haircolor, eyebrow wax and deep conditioning hair treatments. The Paul Mitchell products are wonderful. Love this salon!!
