Sun 8/14/16 0903 - I check-in online with an estimated 0 min wait. I arrive to the store at 0912 with 1 name in front of me and 3 names after me. The hairdresser informs me that I have a 40 min wait ahead of me since the other kids (assuming same family) arrived ahead of me. My understanding of the online check-in policy is that anyone that arrives ahead of me at the store can get their haircut while theres an open chair. Once I arrive, my place is still held in queue (#2) and regardless of how many people are there waiting, I still will get to go when its my turn. If the kids waiting there had actually checked in before I had checked in online, their names would have been above mine and my estimated time would have been 40 min. I would have then arrived to the store at 10am instead of 9:13. Please let me know if I misunderstood the online check-in policy because as it stands now I just wasted an hour of my day and I am reluctant to check-in to your location again until Im certain everyone will honor the queue!

I went in to get an inch off, I felt confident going in to get my haircut. The woman who cut my hair said she was experienced, and that she had been cutting hair for twenty years. As she is finishing up I look into the mirror and I am horrified to see she cut off 8 to 10 inches off, and that it was all uneven. She tried to reassure me that it looked good but to this day 4 months after its still looks bad. I have had the hardest time trying to love my image, because she destroyed my confidence. All in all stay away from this Great Clips unless your looking to get a barber shop haircut, if your looking to get your hair done by professional stylist try Best Cuts. Worst haircut I have ever got in my life.

The worst place Ive ever been. Went twice to two different stylists and they BOTH screwed up my hair. One missed a whole section of my bangs because she didnt comb them out, the other cut my bangs crooked because she didnt straighten them even after I asked her to and then she cut layers when I told her not to. They dont wash your hair unless you request it. They freaking misted my hair with a spray bottle.... Ridiculous. I just went there for a clean up between regular cuts and its been the worse hair mistake of my adult life.

Well i cant remember woman name..she was probably late 20s....an she literally ****** up my hair i wanted it thinned out. Why she cut at the root beats me. Now when i wear myhair half up half down theres lil pieces of hair sticking out....its horrible. Now i have wait for my hair grow back. She seems real nice an talkative but horrible at cutting hair. Save your money...an more importantly your hair.

Went in tonight to get myself and my son a haircut. When we walked in we were told they would be right with us. 25 minutes later, 2 people had "checked in" online. So I was told I would have to wait for both of them to receive their haircuts. Apparently hitting a button on your phone takes president over 2 people waiting in your lobby.

This is by far the worst place Ive ever got my hair cut. I have a very simple mens hairstyle and they screw it up 75% of the time. The last time I was in there the manager was talking on and on about how drunk she was the night before. They also would not take a coupon that was one day expired. They wont get my business anymore.

Thank you Great Clips for a good experience at your Steelyard Commons location this week :) Great service, and love the cut. (I went to donate to locks of love, got a free cut here, they mailed the hair out for me too.) I wasnt so sure what style I wanted after the donation, and they gave me something I am very pleased with!

Gave my son a very uneven haircut, blamed him for fidgeting, a downright lie. I asked her to fix it, she said ok. Second time around was no better! I then asked that someone else please finish cutting his hair..... I will be taking my son to the barbershop like I should have done in the first place.

I went to this location yesterday to get a trim I told the girl i want two Two inches cut off. My hair was tyo the top of my butt why when all is said and done my hair is now below my shoulder blades. Also very uneven. I was so upset i just cried. How does Two inches become TEN????

Chris, at Great Clips Steelyard Commons is AWESOME!!!! She is for sure an artist and a real nice person. Always gives me tips and suggestions. I will ONLY go to her. I am quite sure the rest of the staff is wonderful as well, but when you find someone you trust. . .

Called Great Clips to ask a few questions and Allison rushed me off the phone. She wasnt informative at all. Im quite sure they werent busy, and on their site it wasnt a wait time. I would rather drive to a different location. First impression is everything!!

There was 2 employees doing personal crap on the computer while there was a line of 6 customers and they both had attitudes. They was very unfriendly and the one was more about checking her makeup and hair then helping and or cutting hair
