My daughter left in tears with the stylists awful customer service just now, the stylist shamed her dry scalp and wouldnt let up. The tone of this womans voice was so degrading to her and she wont be back ever,she was holding in her embarrassment the whole time sitting in chair. Back in town and had some extra time before my next appointment and stopped to see if they could get me in. Only waited a couple minutes before being taken back for a haircut. Been working in Texas for two years and havent had a decent haircut until coming back home today! I wish they had Great Clips in West Texas.

The greeters are adorable and helpful. A person before cut my hair there and it was awful. I went back and they fixed it with no charge. So I returned because Tammy was the one that made things right and gave me exactly what I wanted in the cut.
