One of the stylists accidentally shaved a chunk out of my boyfriends hair. When we confronted her about this, she tried to convince us that he had been born with it even though there were clearly follicles and he had never had this bald spot in the 5 years I have known him. She refused to give us a refund, did not call her manager, and blocked the door when we tried to just leave. When she finally let us go, she told us to go f@#k ourselves. Needless to say, we are never going back to this place!
