I have went to Great Clips 3 times in Orlando Fl. The first time i got a cut the service was good but they cut it too short. I asked for half and inch and they cut of 2 1/2 inches. In a few months I went back because its the only salon near me. The second time was great. I said 1/2 an inch and the barber did exactly what I wanted. I went my third time yesterday and I wanted 1/2 inch trim just like all the other times.The lady who cut my hair didnt listen to me and was being a little rude. She cut off 2 inches and made it VERY uneven. I came back today and they offered to fix it for free. To even it out, I had to cut another 2 inches. The past 2 days I have lost 4 inches of hair when I only asked for 1/2. The service is great just not the barbers. Definitely not going back to Great Clips.

I got my hair cut 6 inches and I freaking loved it! Hong was the one who cut my hair, she is an elderly Vietnamese lady whose extremely sweet! She gave me exactly what I asked for which was a blunt cut all around. I was skeptical going to Great Clips because I didnt see many reviews and because I thought more men got their hair cut from them than women. Also, I was going from super long hair down my back to shoulder length so I really wanted it to be done right! Im so happy I went here, they only charged $15 whereas other salons said it would $80. Definitely coming back :)

I visited this Great Clips location twice while spending 2 months in Orlando. My experience was very positive. The staff is very friendly, and they listened to my instructions as to how I wanted my hair to look. I noticed the people who were cut ahead of me all walked out with good looking cuts. The products they use are of high quality, and although you can purchase any of them right there, they do not pressure you in to doing so. I will definitely go back to this location the next time Im in the area.

Ive never had the hard sell before this visit. Totally unenjoyable and not enthusiastic about her work. Its not that the hair cut is bad or I dont like it. As much attention to the hair as to the hard sell of Nioxin would have rendered a better experience... I will unfortunately not be returning to this location. Again, not bad, but really not great or enjoyable.

Staff was friendly but she completely butchered my hair. Didnt part my hair where I normally do when I wear it so when I parted it normally it looks like a chopped up mess. The layers look awful, actually made another appointment the day after at a different salon after to fix it. Would never go back here again.
