The service was terrible. I went there to get a relaxer. Prior to my appointment, I specifically asked for a stylist with experience with that type of service. The stylist did not ask me any questions. She came out with a relaxer in her hand. Well I told her that I use a sensitive scalp formula. Therefore she took the product back to change it. As soon as she applied the product my scalp started to burn. Am pretty sure she did not change the relaxer. I couldnt tolerate the relaxer for long. After rinsing my hair. She than came back and told me it will be an extra 20 dollars to dry my hair. What was I suppose to walk out with wet hair. I flushed 20 $ to have my scalp burned and walk out with wet hair.

I just had my wedding in late Feb. & Katee K. did my updo at the Regis Salon. Amazing. When I first did my trial with her & I walked the mall I had 4 diff. store employees asking me for the name & # of who did my hair. On my wedding the pictures were gorgeous & everyone loved my hair. She is the best when it comes to updos & a total sweetheart! Going to go back to try other hairstyles with her :).

Kim at Regis in Millenia Mall might be one of the best stylists Ive ever been to. Shes friendly, quick, can do about ten things at once and still have your hair turn out the most beautiful its ever looked. I tell her what Im interested in style-wise and she whips up something better. I think Ive finally quit salon hopping!

I was told one price over phone and whenever when I got there they told me ten more then when I went to pay they added an additional 30. Also the lady was the rudest ever and I left with half my head still wet yet I came in for a blow out and needed up somewhere else. Never go here!!!!!

I have gotten my hair cut here for about 9 months now, and Ive had the best experience. I went there when I had long hair and now I go there with short hair. Taylor is my stylist and she always does a fantastic job, she listens to what I am looking for in my style when she cuts it.

I have been to this salon before and had a mess when I came out. I went back and saw Katee K. and she did a fantastic job on my cut! I told her I wanted her to fix my color because the last stylist ruined it. I am definitely going to follow her around. :)

Just called to find out how much a plain haircut would be..... $30 unless they are using the Shears of Destiny I think thats outrageous pricing.
