My Queen of Roots experience with my Sisterlocks consultation, installation, and hair care tips have all been amazing. I have come early on 3 occasions and sat in the professional and comfortable waiting area. The red chairs in the lobby were super comfortable and allowed me to get some work done while I waited for my personalized and individual hair experience. Sabrina gave me awesome hair care tips for both me and my toddler son. Her hair care tips changed my hair routine and got me ready for the Sisterlocks process. Prior to my Sisterlocks installation I got my hair cut in a shape that was both flattering and needed. My Sisterlocks installation days were both great. I was able to ask a lot of questions about the process, get more expert tips on how to care for my hair, and enjoyed the professional yet lighthearted and fun atmosphere. If you are thinking about getting any form of locs (interlocks, Sisterlocks, Brotherlocks, etc..) or if you have natural hair I encourage you to visit Sabrina at the Queen of Roots. I found her after doing 1 year of research and communicating with 5 stylists. When I spoke with her on the phone and met with her at my consultation I knew she was the one. Her knowledge, professionalism, and great spirit can not be matched. I am glad that I have started my Sisterlocks journey with the Queen of Roots.

Well I had a 12:30 appointment got a text from Sabrina that she still had a client in her chair was 1:00 ok so Im like good caz I was rushing to be on time. I get there my 1st time @ the shop & her client was still in the chair .. so no problem I introduced myself with a smile excited about getting my hair done, & Sabrina was looking @ me like Im crazy.. then she said " I would let you sit right here" pointing to another chair " but my Butt would be in your face" She had a serious look bland attitude not very friendly and told me to have a seat outside on the red chairs. So I sit out there for about 12min past my appointment time, she then sends me another text .. saying Im almost done. I was like .. I dont want anyone with that kind of attitude putting her hands in my head so I text her back & said "Im Out

Sabrina is an awesome person to go to for locs. When i searched online and found Sabrinas shop,i had just recently moved to the area and was searching for someone to do an awesome job on my hair. I went to three people in the area prior to finding Sabrina. Prior to Sabrina,one lady took 12 hours, yes,12 hours to complete my hair. Sabrina completed the entire process from wash to completion in about 2 hours. I knew then she was my person! Shes quick and does a thorough job. I have been going to her for over a year and will continue as long as Im in the area. It doesnt matter that i drive about 45 minutes to get to get salon,its well worth it. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything!

I found queen of roots ( one person named Sabrina) on Google and decided to make an appointment to have my hair done. As soon as I arrived I regretted this decision. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes before I was seen even though I was on time for my appointment. While doing my hair I had to correct her several times. It was as if this was her first week doing hair. After she was finished I was not pleased with my hair style. The prices are also different than what is listed online. She is not the friendliest person and has a really bad attitude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
