Karen the manager not only does a poor job cutting hair, but has poor customer service skills evidenced by being disrespectful, unprofessional, arguing, and having an attitude. When we walked in 3 minutes before closing, Karens tone of voice and body language was obviously screaming that we were a burden to her and she didnt want to cut my 5 year olds hair because she would rather close shop and leave. She even told a customer who walked in after us 1 minute before closing they were closed. It was so uncomfortable for myself and my wife that I called the store to file a complaint the next day only to learn she was the manager. Well, I called corporate and the owner called the same day which was impressive. He basically defended her told me to go to another one of his stores to get hair cuts (either way he gets my money). I shouldnt have to inconvenience myself and go to a different store because of the employee/manager. Ive gone to great clips for 15 years in 3 states and never ran into someone having such poor customer service skills. As long as you can cut hair and do it for a long time, theyll make you manager. Stay away from this store. If the manager is modeling this type of unacceptable behavior, how do you think the employees under her are?

When I got to the establishment, I got right in. Karen checked me in and was my stylist. I felt like I was invisible. She continued to talk to others, ignoring me. When I finally got to tell her what I wanted, she continued to talk to the others, sometimes stopping to use her hands to talk. She kept talking while she was cutting my hair, I had to interrupt her to explain what I wanted. I explained that I wanted my sides angled. She angled one side but when I went home to style my hair I noticed she didnt angle the other side. I had to fix it myself. I felt Karen acted in an unprofessional manner. I am very disappointed with my experience there and my haircut. I will go elsewhere in the future.

I should have listened to the reviews. It looks like they used a lawn mower to cut my hair. It took them 5 minutes and they barely paid attention. My hair is uneven and she completely missed some parts. Never going back here which is too bad because it is right by my house and I would have liked to go here if they were decent and not so rude. I went to get a haircut for an interview and now I look worse than when I went in. What a rip off

Its sad to me to read the reviews of this salon. Ive been working for Great Clips as a company for over 8 years, my time spread between 2 different owners and 3 different salons. The shop dynamic is different in every location. Most of the stylists at this location are pretty nice and humble, due to the nature of being bullied and threatened by those who are superior to them.

Ive been coming to this location since I was 17yrs old Im 34 now. Chrissy is the only one thats ever cut my hair but all the girls I would trust. They are professional and easy to work with to get what you want. I will not go anywhere else.

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years. The staff is friendly and the management is professional. Many chains have high turnover with staff. Not so with this location. They provide a consistent experience time and again!

Unprofessional at all, left two "holes" on the back side of my hair, and I have to trim the front when I get back home. I was given a coupon for nearly half price for next time, but I dont think I would visit this place again.

We always have a great experience. My husband has been coming here for years and now we bring our toddler... who isnt a fan of haircuts. They are great with him and the cut was perfect.
