Overall I used to love going to Marco, he made the salon inviting and eccentric. The other lady Sonya is nice and the one gentleman assuming hes the manager was nice too. The other ladies are standoffish and only cater to their clients. Talking to only them . They then talk to you once you tip them well. I believe in tipping for quality of service and I know how it is being in the industry. My daughter models for Guess and she was in town for vacation. Walked in she did the talking because I was on the phone texting my husband. They didnt greet her, we stood for 4 minutes. One lady said what are you getting. She said a cut and style etc. they said appt? She said no. They huffed and a lady with red hair , older came and looked at us..she knew my daughter was not a regular and kind of ridiculed her saying name etc like she was dreading taking her name down..and corrected my daughter as well on some things and said eh we have 4:30 we said wed eat at ovinte then come back and she said done and didnt say well see you etc so we discussed and felt very attacled and hurt by their customer service. Luckily my daughters agent had a friend who had a salon who would open for her and we called and said we no longer needed the apt the lady said bye and hung up. Sad practices.

I went in for a partial highlight. Ended up getting a full and needing to pay 170. Then the color was yellow/orange. Called in for touch up. I was told I could only deal with the manager which doesnt work the most ideal hours. I go in after rushing after work to get her telling me everything was fine. She did correct the horrible lines in the back of my head and doing a toner, which still did not correct color. I cant pull up a ponytail bc I have the worst lines ever in the front. I told her my cut wasnt enough to get rid of the bleach damage. She told me to just brush more gentle. Didnt even address the cut because her next client was there. Never will I step foot into this joke of a salon. If the manager is that bad...no wonder the employees are.

Love coming here to get my hair done. Everyone is so friendly, my stylist is Ashley. She is awesome always accommodating me with my schedule since I only get Sundays off work. Ive never had such great color or cuts since I started seeing her. Not only did I leave with gorgeous hair, but I was able to duplicate the exact hairstyle Ashley did with guidance she gave me. I go to Ashley to get my hair done and she does an amazing job and today I took my daughter and to get her haircut and she did an amazing job as always my daughters hair looks beautiful absolutely love the service everything about it is amazing and it makes my day great whenever I get to go ! My daughter said "shes the best hair cutter ever mommy"

I came here because I go to school at UNF & I I I I work at the town center so this place was easily accessible. I made an appointment with Rigo based off of the reviews from Yelp. He was extremely nice and listened to what I wanted. He gave me the perfect cut and Im in love with it! Will be coming again soon.

LaCicely was very good and I am extremely happy with my hair. I went out on a limb and tried something new and she helped me achieve it. She was very talkative and patient with me. Overall the experience, service, and price was a 5star. Definitely recommend this salon for a guy cut.

Worst experience. I have one of the most simple haircuts you can get and she (Bobbie aka Barbara) butchered it. She didnt even know how to fade!!! I will never go back here. And SUPER overpriced for the quality you get. Badly needs help with their skill level. This was just sad.

I think that Polina is an exceptional stylist. She is awesome with color even difficult color and makes good suggestions. Josh is amazing with a pair of scizzors. He is equally good at color. Theres is not a bad stylist in the place. They would not last with Polina as manager.

Polina is an excellent stylist. I have been coming here for over 10 years and she is always on point with what I want done with my hair. I have fine thin hair so I have to be very careful who I let cut it. She is excellent with color too. Cant wait to go back!

WORST haircut I have ever had. I asked for an A-line, no length taken off the front, short in the back. It literally looks like she just started hacking with a knife. She gave me a short bob, took off 6 inches in the front. Horrible!

Had an appointment at 11am. Waited until 1120am and the person who was supposed to cut my boyfriends hair never showed up. Nobody seemed to care. Will not be back to this place.
