I am not that impressed, I am rather sad. It started with entering that place. I signed in, my name was on the display but the person couldnt read it, or Idk instead she signed another person in even though it was only me who was in line. After that she took a huge bite of her meal and started talking to me even though she still had a good amount of food in her mouth, ugh. The length she took was okay but she should have told me that after the fading it will be shorter. She mentioned it AFTER she took the length. Couldnt change that anymore. For some reason she kind of seemed pretty bored cutting my hair and every time I asked her a question she gave me short answered and was way to forward I mean should a person who works in a service sector be more nice?? I was not impressed with the way she cut my pony so I told her two times to fix it, I wanted that my pony is cut sideways it looked like it. But NOW it comes today I hair straightened my hair and guess what. NOTHING is cut in a solid line from the back, my pony is cut straight not sideways, here and there it looks uneven. NEVER AGAIN.

One lady who cut my hair just came back from a break and called me over to get my haircut. She took... Literally she took 10 minutes to cut my hair and did everything i did not ask for. My hair was all kinds of lengths in the obvious spots. She was so fast and not paying attention to what i wanted for my hair. She definitely left me feeling insecure and terrible about my hair. Now i have to go to another salon to have my hair cut even shorter than it originally was supposed to be. Her name was teenae or whatever. But dont go to her or this place. They didnt do well in general.

Had a horrible experience there . Had checked in online and showed an estimated wait about 30 minutes. Arrived there around 20 minutes later, our names were showing on the screen as 1 & 2 , but when one of the employee came to attend to us, the manager who was cutting some one elses hair , jumped in and asked her to take another client and they continued to take 3 other people who had checked in after us. After this I had to walk out of there and go to another salon.The manager is very rude and need to learn the basic customer service skills.

I gave them four stars because Renee, the manager. She is wonderful. She turned a horrible experience completely around. The employee that helped us first knew very little of the haircut we asked for, and to top it off had a horrible attitude about it. I was just going to walk out and take my business somewhere else when, Ms. Renee jumped in to save the day! She is great with people, awesome customer service! She finished our haircut and apologized for the employees behavior. Thank you Renee!

This place opened about 4 months ago. They had $9.99 haircut specials. The lady who cut my hair did not seem to know much about haircut. She cut my hair unevenly. So on left side hair seemed longer than right. It started looking weird once hairs grew a bit after couple of weeks of haircut. A friend of mine also had similar experience. I urge GreatClips management to verify skills of the employees they are going to hire.

I HIGHLY do not recommend going here, as I will NEVER return. Very rude manager and stylist. Called the location to discuss a complaint I had with my experience, and I was disrespected. I have been to different great clips for two years, and I have NEVER had bad service -- that is, until I went to this location.

Mom of two on a budget - I cant prioritize haircuts, financially, but when Im in need of a trim I usually come here. My previous two visits have been very pleasant. Most recently, Wanda, was very cordial and I was very happy with her service. Im a big fan of a leave-Im conditioner treatment that they sell.

The younger black woman with short hair and glasses that works here was very rude and acted racist towards my wife so we up and left deciding to go somewhere more professional we will be telling all our friends to never go here because of this young lady attitude

great place for a hair cut. The online check in app works for the most part. Sometimes it is way off though. You never know when 7 people are going to just walk in. Friendly staff, respect customers (and coupons).

Pretty good quality haircuts and not too terribly expensive. My go-to haircut place. Only issue is how ridiculously busy they can get. Sometimes seems like they dont have enough stylist. Still good place though.

Ive been here twice and the experience was kind of mixed. I really liked it the first time, they spent a lot of time, detailing the cut but second time it was like less than half the time.
