We do not give out coupons in store. All our coupons are mailed out through a mailing list. We ask the customer who has a coupon from the mail they are bring them in with them. We keep record of how many we get and staple to the receipt. We DO NOT take printed out or phone coupons. As for managers. They have things other than being on cutting floor. If anyone ever has an issue please ask for the manager if she/he is in. If not in leave your name and number they will get back to you.

I just got the worst hair cut ever Im embarrassed to go out in public looking like I do, I was also supposed to receive a discount for checking in online, lets just say I didnt receive it and the lazy manager could even show her face to tell me I was not going to be offer the online discount! If can give you any advice that would be to never go to great clips on Saint Simons Island!!!!!!

Me and my daughter both got our hair cut, my stylist did a great job, took the time to do exactly what I asked for. As for my daughter, took her longer than expected, could not part her hair properly, I asked several times to cut shorter, I stood next to her a few times telling her what to do, before I told her that is enough. Paid and will never be back again.
