Terrible experience. My first time coming here was around November 2016, I had got some highlights and a trim. It looked amazing ! My first time back since that day was today, had the same stylist. Just simply asked for my roots to be touched up. Ended up bleaching basically my whole head, barley touched my roots up (main reason I went") completely fried the hell out of my hair. My hair WAS more than halfway down my back, but now its so damadged to where theirs no other repair but to cut it off. Im so disappointed and cannot stop crying. I trusted this place cause they did good my first visit but completely messed my hair up that Ive been growing out for 3 years. Will no longer return besides asking for a refund :/

If you are a male about to go here, TURN YOUR CAR AROUND! Look up the closest barber shop and head straight there. I went to get probably one of the easiest haircuts on the planet and it got absolutely butchered. When i say butchered i mean i looked like it was cut with a chainsaw. If i could give zero stars i would. I went to Jasons Barber Shop in kent and got it re-done for practically the same price and it was one of the best haircut experiences of my life. GO TO A BARBER SHOP!!!!!

Worst place ever. If you want a bad haircut thats overpriced go here. For a few dollars more I should have went to a salon where the hair stylist actually knows how to cut hair. The lady with pink hair cut my hair way too short and screwed up my layers. The only way to fix it is cut it shorter so I am dealing with it. Do yourself a favor and go to Fantastic Sams by Acme instead.

Came in to get my brows done. A short girl with pink in her hair did them in maybe 5 minutes? She sloshed some wax on them and called it a day. Didnt bother grabbing the hairs she missed and didnt even bother to clean the wax leftover off of my face. Dont go here for waxing services!
