I went with the hair piece made of real hair, I had to purchase 2 upfront @ $200.00 each because they had to recondition one while you were wearing the other. Long story short, when they were ready I went in and they glued it to my head and I told them it was not for me, they tried to get me to leave it on for a week and try it out, but I said no. Well they finally removed it and told me they would keep them incase I changed my mind. Ok so I was out $400.00, but that was the gamble I took, but what I wasnt expecting was being sued a year and a half later for $1,800 for the one year of service charge for reconditioning and haircuts, which I never recieved. Take it from me STAY AWAY!!

AWFUL! Laser "hair removal" was a joke! Even with 2 "extra" treatments on top of my package, the area for hair removal still has hair. The staff admitted that because of not scheduling me with the same person, that this is why I was having problems. They allowed 2 extra visits, this time with the same staff. For my next visit they called and said I could not come in unless I bought another package. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that "he will not speak with you." Wonderful business ethics..... Do NOT waste your money or your time.

I lost my hair in patches from ad reaction to a prescription drug. I heard a BHC advert on the radio and called their number. The woman was very calm, answered my questions and suggested I come in for a free consultation. My hair is growing in very well. My own doctors were surprised and interested in the process. I couldnt be happier with the company, their plan, the staff and my results. I encourage you to contact BHC if you are dealing with the deep sense of loss that accompanies hair loss. You will be happy you did. I know I am.

I do agree with other people. THIS COMPANY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS I HAVE EVEN SEEN!!! Carl Monday did a hidden camera investigation on them too. They have been stealing and lying to people for years. They always say we will give you your money back if there are no results... But you will never get back anything... Too bad that there are still new people that fall into their trap. MONEY AND YOUR HAIR DOWN THE DRAIN = CALL BEACHWOOD HAIR CLINIC... They are really friendly and the laser removal worked really well for me. I had laser removal done for two other areas at two different clinics before I went to this one, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much hair was removed. Before you get laser hair removal, know that youre not likely to get 100% hair removed and it works better on some people than others. Before shelling out a ton of money, get a cheap groupon first and see how it works for you.

I got really good results with their laser treatment. hormonal problems made my hair fall out while breastfeeding, and it helped my hair come back in even after my obgyn said there was nothing she could do about it. so im happy. sure there are bad outcomes, but this clinic says theyve done lasers for 1000s of people. there are bound to be a few bad apples who are loud and upset. I Cant speak for them, but I got what I paid for. they were really nice.

I tried to make an appointment with a groupon, which did not state anywhere that you had use all 6 treatments before the expiration, I was under the understanding that you had to start your treatment before the expiration date. I was spoken to in a condescending, disrespectful manner and hung up on. The manager is Tiffany, hopefully you do not have to deal with her.

If there was a zero rating, they would get it! Unprofessional staff, that dont know how to schedule appointments and the laser application itselt is a waste of money. Save yourself frustration and dont purchase any groupons as it will be a total waste!

Im doing the Laser hair treatments and within several weeks I saw new hair coming in. The rest of my hair is as if each hair strand is doubled in size. So far Im satisfied.

Keep your hands off Beachwood Hair Clinic! Otherwise, you will get ripped off. You will not get any results. This is the biggest scam that I experienced in my life!!!
