I patiently waited for an hour someone walked in and said they called ahead. They said it shouldnt be long you have one in front of you. Aka me. They called another last minute walk in who was waiting for the one girl and then took the late arrival WASTE OF TIME theres no point in waiting if theyre going to just let everyone walk in ahead of you and not inform you of their over booked schedule I went I best cuts in Bainbridge and had a 10 minute want and got a great cut. Will not ever go here or recommend them to anyone Very sad business practices

Horrible experience. Made an appointment for my 4yr old son and me online. after waiting 30 mins the "stylist" Irene says that she can only cut only one person as she needed to leave.Why bother making appointment then. She was rude throughout the Been here before and 50% of the stylists are great and the other 50% are rude and obnoxious. I wouldnt ever go back.

I have been a long time patron of Great Clips, but will certainly be switching to Supercuts, specifically this one. The employees are very polite, and know what theyre doing. I have been very satisfied with my haircuts every single time I have visited this store.

Super Cuts just took over the building where I used to get my hair cut. Upgrade in every way - the haircut was WAY better, everyone was incredibly nice and professional and the shop itself is 10x nicer than before - I did a double take after walking in. Wow!
