Went in expecting a trim. Had my hair cut by the manager, so I expected a professional job. The entire time she continued to mention how bad my hair was and that I should treat it better. She cut FAR more off than I requested and refused to listen when I asked her to stop. Will never visit this location again. She knew less than any hair stylist Ive ever been to and she was the MANAGER.

I have thick, curly hair thats a total pain to cut. Tomika did wonders with it. She took one look at the style I wanted, checked my length preferences throughout, and was amazing from beginning to end. Stephanie does a wonderful job with male cuts. This place is clean, affordable, and the ladies we had the pleasure of dealing with were wonderful. Well definitely return.

This reinforced a stereotype I never was exposed to... that European Gentleman messed my hair up bad, so bad it seem to be on purpose, my hairline was jacked up, both sides of my hair looked different... The lady said she was proud of him like it was his first time doing a black man hair, and I was a test dummy, it certain seemed like it, I will never return again....

BEWARE, I asked for a slow precise haircut. They must have taken this for a joke because this person hacked at my hair for 2 minutes like it was a speed contest. She would not slow down when I asked three times. In the end the haircut was very uneven and bad. I couldnt wait to leave.

I have been trying to find a person to cut my hair. Its very fine and when I explain what I want and bring a picture. It never seems to turn out the way I want. until I found Rick, he listened, I mean really listened. Now I am sporting a phenomenal cut. Thank you Rick youre the best.

the "hairdresser" talked about that they had a lot of business - but that the repeat business was low - he said it was due to the location - I believe that its because they do an aweful job, and only a fool would go back....

You get what you pay for here. Very hit or miss. Some of the barbers seem to really care and others just want to get you out the door as fast as possible. Online check-in is nice though.

This location gets 5 stars under 1 condition - you must see Keesha. Shes outstanding. I cannot speak for other stylists so thats on you. Update: Clyde is also awesome.
