I came in to get a hair cut no more then 5 minutes ago. I sat down while the gentlemen at the counter stopped what he was doing and greeted me and took my number. After a few minutes an older white woman came and in the most unfriendly way seated me. While I didnt pay any mind to it. She started going through my hair with a come and began to comment on the two scars that were on my head while uncomfortably was breathing in my face with horrible breath. I had recently been using head and shoulders, which had caused a bit of a dandruff problem. I hope that one of the stylist could help me as I was under the assumption that it help that problem. However before I could ask, the women says very loudly that I have a dandruff problem and then proceeded to tell me I had a rash on my head that was bleeding and that she couldnt cut my hair. Again in front of two other customers. I felt really uncomfortable at this point and left. Apologizing for wasting her time. I rushed home and not only found that I did not have any type of rash but I was in no place "bleeding". The only thing me and my relative found when helping check my hair was a small red bug bite. Nothing else. Ive never felt so awkward and embarrassed. it always seemed like a friendly environment and my family has gone here for years but after this me nor any of my family members will be coming back. I will never recomend this place to anyone at all. Its better if you just go down the street and go to the salon by the Wal-Mart. At least they have actual professionals. not some dinky and unfriendly staff that calls themselves hair stylists. The old black woman however was nice as always and tried to help as much as possible and Im sorry she has to work with anyone in there.

For sheer rudeness, this place takes the cake. Three of the hair stylists that I had over the past 3 months appear to have behavioral issues. I do not know if I appeared dumb or off the boat but their behavior was Curt to the point of rudeness. Example: The blonde stylist was trimming my hair and when I requested her to take the line higher, she simply stated she was not finished yet. When she was finishing up and I pointed out exactly the same thing, she gave a rude okay and proceeded to cut it. Anyway at $15.00 per cut, this place is not cheap and my friendly Asian saloon on Colonial drive gives you the same quality with better service for $10.00. why would I come here unless I was craving some abuse/rudeness?

I came in and told the girl I wanted side fringe to frame my face. At first she looked at me confused and then said "Oh, do you mean bangs?". Firstly how do you not know what a fringe is and secondly instead she cut jaggedly and unevenly acro ss my face. And she cut it so that there is still large strands of my hair in front of my face. Now its soo short that I have to wait for it to grow out. As she was cutting my hair she said that my hair wasnt "cooperating" with her and that was why she couldnt do it correctly. She didnt even take her time with me, she just sat me down, cut, then she was done. I was only in the chair for three minights. Do not go here.

I went in for a trim and specifically told the girl I was growing my hair out. She asked if she could thin it some and I said yes, because they usually do. 3 months later, it is still unbearable. This woman went so crazy with the thinning shears that months later, I still have giants chunks missing. It isnt anywhere close to length and thickness it was when I went in and that was months ago. I have never been too concerned about a bad hair cut because my hair grows quickly but the way my hair was butchered here cant even be fixed with going incredibly short. I will never, ever go back.

My experience today was horrible!! I walked in and said hello to the staff at the front desk and no one replied. The lady walked off and the gentleman asked "whats the number?" without greeting me at all. The stylist trimmed my daughters hair extremely fast. I feel as though she did not take her time to do a good job at all. Also requested to have her hair blow dried out, stylist mentioned thats just an extra step and completely ignored me. I will never go there again.

I came in 08/19/17, Debra greeted me she was very nice however she gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for a chin Lenth stacked bob. What I got is an uneven mess tgat cant even be fixed unless I go shorter! I am so mad that I spent $30 on thus cut that I could of done better with kitchen scissors!

Walked right in, got checked in and seated for service immediately. Debbie was fun friendly and ready to cut my bald head of hair. We talked laughed and shared our 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service and experience.
