Tried to have an experience at this location. I called repeatedly for over an hour to make an appointment and it was always busy. When it finally did ring, no one would answer. Let it ring for 3 minutes with no answer. Called back 5 minutes later and let it ring for another 3 minutes. HOW DOES THIS PLACE STAY IN BUSINESS?

Their make you smile slogan is in the potty. Courtney over processed my hair by putting me under a dryer, with 30 v bleach, against HC POLICY . Since then my hair is dry brittle broken and will take 2 years to grow back. Everytime I touch my head broken hair is in my hands. I am ANGRY. I am not smiling. No stars.
