I am editing my previous negative review. After several miss communications on the severity of my unpleasant customer service experience and botched cut. I was issued gift cards to smooth over the issue. It is appreciated that an attempt to fix the situation was finally made. Thank you to all involved with the fix. Sincere apologies and taking customers seriously make a world of difference in the end.
