I was greeted by a rude lady that rolled her eyes because I walked in with out an appointment. I was the only one greeted like this.The wait time is long, the stylist talked for a good 30 minutes. One stylist that did my hair was doing her own hair. I was told by two different stylist they would do my hair. waited about five more minutes. The stylist kept telling me she did not want to cut my sides the way I wanted them. She then cut the top of my hair about an inch. I told her not to touch the top. I then asked to get my eyebrows waxed, she said she could not wax eyebrows. She said I would have to wait again to get them done. You offer the service but you can not do it. I say BS. My aunt use to be a stylist and they train you to do eyebrows. The lady washed my hair and then attitude because I did not want any hair products. I paid for the over priced hair cut and left.

If a zero star was a possibility, that wouldve been my rating. I had went the other night looking for a specific stylist that wasnt there, and was told shed be in the next day and I couldnt make a booking because school was the next day, so I came in 20 minutes early to wait for Nicole for a walk in to be taken before me because another client knew them personally. I had left my prior stylist at Paul Mitchel because their closed the times I needed them, I would rather miss work and go around their schedule being closed 3 days a week then ever experience what I just did. No wonder they have such low ratings.
