When I go to Ulta with my mom and brother (for the very first time) we ask for help in the foundation section in Ulta brand. The lady, said to us that shes attending another customer and we wait. Another employee was walking near us and she doesnt ask if we need help. When we decided to going outside, the lady (from the first part of the review) said to us "thank you for coming to Ulta" we feel like a piece of junk or they doesnt like us. She doesnt said to my mom if she can wait for her. That was so rude. I will never return to that store because the staff and employees doesnt care for the customers (especially the lady from the first part of the review she was like rude with us) Very disappointed....... :(Good store but, bad staff......

It was so fantastic so much to choose from and good quality . The prices are from low to higher I found an eyeshadow that I loved use to get in Wal-Mart they dont carry anymore but found in ULTA Physicians Formula .They also have Name Brand higher priced Cosmetics Lancome Clinque and many others Tarte Buxom It Fragrances Body washes Shampoo and Hair Salon just love this store and many more items Check it out .
