My experience with The Bosley Center in Orlando went way beyond my expectations. Its only been 3 days, so , I cant really speak on my long term results just yet. But, if its anything in comparison to the professionalism I received from the moment of consultation in Jacksonville with Michael, right to the very moment of leaving the office the day after my procedure (for my first hair washing), Im positive ! , I will be just as satisfied ! Dr. Rodillo is the BEST, he called me the evening after my procedure to make sure I was alright, and ask if I had any questions, gave me his personal cell # and told me i could call him ANYTIME i felt the need ! The entire team was excellent in each job they were responsible for: Asia, Frankie, Tannya, Ann, Daisey, Buse, David and Ms. Bev ! Ms. Bev will make 100% certain that you feel NO PAIN ! Atty did my first hair wash the morning after and continued to explain in detail what she was doing and what I needed to continue doing there after. I had the procedure done at BOSLEY 5 years ago and I could not believe the transformation. The procedure was easy and comfortable. BOSLEY is the greatest thing that has happen to me. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. From the receptionist to the techs, surgeons etc. All were very warm and knowledgeable. Some of the post op written instructions were a little inconsistent, however I was able to decipher through it because of the thorough instructions given at the office after the procedure. I am very happy that I came for the procedure. Special thanks to Dan Thode the consultant. He was the most friendly and warm hearted person I have come across in a long time. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he followed up, and even helped me out to my car after the procedure. Hes a good employee to have as a representative of your establishment.
