I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! MY HAIR WAS DONE BY JEN, WHO APPEARED TO BE "EMOTIONLESS." I STATED HOW I WANTED TO KEEP MY LONG HAIR AND WANTED A LAYERED/FEATHERED HAIRCUT. SHE ASSURED ME SHE KNEW HOW TO DO IT. OBVIOUSLY, A LIE, AS I WALKED OUT OF THERE SO SAD, AND WITH SHORT HAIR!!!! WHICH I DONT LIKE HAVING. MY HAIR WAS NOT LAYERED PROPERLY AND EVEN HAD A "THAT GIRL" FLIP ON ENDS WHICH WAS SURREAL! SO DAM DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SALONS ATTITUDES. AS WELL AS TALKING THEMSELVES UP TO BE THE "BEST" IN DELTONA. NOT TRUE AT ALL. THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION TOWARDS PPLS FEELINGS AT ALL. I GUESS ITS ALL MONEY, MONEY, MONEY N THE HELL WITH THE WAY THE CUSTOMER FEELS NOWADAYS! AS I WASNT EVEN ASKED IF I WANTED MY HAIR BLOW DRIED WHICH THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA $10 FOR. WASNT ANTICIPATING TO HAVE THAT DONE. BUT, AT END I "BLESSED HER IN THE NAME OF JESUS." DEBBIE

My daughter and I went there this Saturday, our appointment was at 10am. We did not leave until after 5pm. That was the longest it has ever taken to do hair. She did a great job but it took 7 hours. My entire birthday was spent in the beauty salon. I liked her attention to detail and appreciated the hairstyle, but when we were done my bill was $355.00 for my daughter and I. I wanted to cry when I seen that. I could only tip $20 because It was about $150.00 more than I anticipated. I have asked around if other people I knew that that was high and their mouths dropped. They couldnt believe I actually paid it. I didnt think it was her fault so I just paid it, got sick to my stomach and left. So overall I think she did a great job but 7 hours later and $355.00 is the time or money I would not be able to spend again.

Wonderful experience! My sister and I were able to get in for a walk in and both had the best cut and color in under 3 hours. We both were given wonderful service by owner who did our fabulous color, cut and style. I would recommend Tropical Waves to everyone. Serene salon atmosphere, friendly hairdressers, and flexibility for scheduling that you dont find anywhere else these days. Thank you Trisha we are so happy to have met you today !

Im so happy I found Tropical Waves! Jennifer is a ROCK STAR! I have a TON of hair and each and every time she cuts, colors and highlights, she takes her time, is super friendly and does a FANTASTIC job! Because my hair is both, long and thick - it takes a few hours. Jennifer is super easy to talk to and makes my time there enjoyable! I would highly recommend Tropical Waves Hair Studio!!!

Best salon experience and more than reasonable cost for quality of work. They brought my hair back to life, after I killed it with bleach. Warm and friendly staff, and didnt make me feel horrible about what I did to my hair- only offered great advice. They have a customer for life in me!

I have been going to Tropical Waves for many years and have always left feeling great about my hair. Trisha always does a great job, she listens to what I want and never cuts shorter than I want her to. Her coloring expertise is spot on! Highly recommend.

Had an appt this morning at 10 for a perm. No one showed up!! I got there at 945 waited till 10:10 ! Then i left! I will never do business with people like this and dont recommend
