Worst haircut experience ever!!! Went in for the advertised $7.99 haircut special, big mistake! We asked that our youngest daughter have only a trim to even up the dead ends of her hair. The hairdresser said she was all finished and my daughter comes back and her hair is totally uneven and not in a straight line in the back. So then she goes back to the same lady and she proceeds to cut off another 2-3 inches of her hair to try and "even it out" as she said. Our daughter was in tears because her hair was way shorter than she actually wanted it to be. But that isnt even the best part. While all of this is happening with our youngest our oldest is put into a chair with one hairdresser to start then moved to another because the lady originally cutting our oldest daughters hair had to fix a mistake another hairdresser made to a guys hair who came in way after we did. So our oldest daughter just sat in a chair waiting for her hairdresser to finish with the guy and when I said something about it I was told we would just have to wait. Then the end all be all was when our oldest was finished her hair looked horrible too. Uneven and we ended up fixing it when we got home! The lady who messed up our youngest daughters hair was apologetic and offered to pay for both of our daughters haircuts. Needless to say we will never be returning to this or any location of Great Clips ever again!!! Save your money! Go to Bills Barber Shop in Debary!

Ive been going to this Great Clips for over a year. Normally I had Paul cut my hair and he did a great job. Yesterday, I went in and found out he quit, so I got Careen. My hair was past my shoulders and I asked for a bob with some layers cut I to it because I have curly, thick hair, otherwise my hair poofs out. The length in the front is fine, just what I asked for; however, the stacked look she gave me in the back is extreme. She shaved most of the back of my head and while this haircut would be great for a girl in her teens or early 20s, it is not appropriate for anyone over 40 in a professional office setting. Ive had bobs before, Ive had the back of my hair stacked before, but never like this. I went home thinking I could fix it with some product...not happening. Going to have to grow it out. Its a good thing my hair grows like a weed. I wont be going back to this Great Clips and make sure you discuss EXACTLY the type of cut you want with the hairdressers here or you may wind up with something you didnt ask for or want. (I gave this place 2 stars because prior to this, Paul was an awesome stylist.)

Went there to get a very basic haircut, cut off a few inches and put some layers in it. Susan completely destroyed my hair, and she had a very bitchy attitude while doing so. I went from having nice long hair to getting the girly version of a mullet! Just terrible...The length was fine and what I asked for, but I guess she had never been taught how to cut layers. She chopped up my hair and now I can only have my hair pinned up or Ill get laughed at! I have showed it to friends and co-workers and they all agree - she ruined my hair! If I wasnt so sure shes screw it up even more, Id go back and ask her to fix it... I rather cut it myself!Thank God its only hair and will grow out AND that I only paid $14 for it. But I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to go there to get their hair cut..

If youre uncertain because of hearing the bad wrap of other " cookie cutter" type salons, let me set the record straight.. I ( former stylist,now disabled) went to this salon. I brought in a pic of what I wanted, a FABULOUS stylist by the name of Cleo did my hair. My hair was done EXACTLY AS IN PIC I gave her to work with & I havent felt as good about my looks as I did after she did it in YEARS ! I absolutely give Cleo 10 stars !! I will be back every time I need a trim and since, I bring my kids now too. Thank you Cleo for your fantastic talents ..

Bangs needed a trim, Ive spent four years growing this out. Worst haircut Ive ever had in my life. I asked her to layer around my face like it was but was growing out and this witch whacked the crap out of my hair. Explained I work outside, need to be able to pull it off my neck in a clip and cant even do that now. I thought about going back to get it evened up, but Im not giving them another chance to ruin it more. I wouldnt take my dog for a clip here. Never again.

I can tell you as a current employee, the sanitation is sub par. All the tools that are used are stored in the bathroom. The employees are treated like crap by the owner Dan Washburn and the Gm Michelle Bates. This company Springline is purely quantity over quality. The stylist within this location have mad skill but could do so much better with their choice of employers. As for myself, my last day is 01/28/2013 and cant wait. ..

Its only hair and will grow back... Thats what you will have to keep reminding yourself when you have your hair cut here. I have long hair and went in wanting simple layers. I left with my hair choppy and extremely short in the front. My layers are so extreme that I cant even put my hair in a ponytail. When I expressed the shortness and not being happy the woman got defensive. So I just left unhappy.

Went in for the $7.99 hair cut for my 16 year old son. Left him there went down the strip to another store. He literally calls me 10 mins later saying hes done! When I walked in my son had most of his hair still on his head, hairs sticking out unevenly everywhere! Nothing was blended and no lining! I dont care if it WAS a $7.99 haircut, do your damn job!!!

Just be careful who cuts your hair. 50/50 half are good half arent. They boss rushes them to give you a crappy cut. Others such as Marissa from Boston and the gentleman that works there take there time.and do what you want !!! Also tired of being sold expensive shampoo when I already have it. I still go here and probably always will.

Ive gone to Anna for the past 3 years. She cuts my hair and my childrens hair. My son has cow licks and she is the only one that can cut his hair properly. She does great layers too. Ask for Anna!

Good male haircuts. I cant speak for the ladies, one way or another. I always go here. They keep notes on how you get your hair cut. I always have a shampoo afterwards!
