Sorry to say but i had not a good experience today. The lady that was supposed to take care of me took an awful amount of time with the previous customer by that time, more than 1hr had passed. Then she took few more minutes cleaning then she did something on the computer. At that point I had to run to be in some place else. The only reason I used to come here it was because it was reasonably good hearcuts but quick service. When I said to the lady I was leaving she barely gave an apology. It was almost like she felt happy because I was leaving. You need to be more careful with customers. Dont plan to return for the foreseeable future.

I went to them for an emergency touch up on my layers recently and they were very nice and quick to get me taken care of. They seem like they have a lot if people working there on a Saturday morning and I find that to be a good thing because it means less of a wait.

Horrible customer service. They made mw wait for more than one hour, she took way too long with the previous customer then took like 10 more minutes to get ready. When i said i was leaving she barely apologize. All in all bad haircuts and worst customer service.
