Excellent - I hired Plus Catering Orlando to provide food and beverage services for a major corporate anniversary party in February, after speaking with several local companies. The guest list numbered about 275 people for, which included staff and clients. Initially, I met with the Plus Catering owner and went over menu options. He was especially helpful, patient and informative and made a number of great suggestions for our event. The caterer meeting included time with their chef, who provided an excellent complimentary tasting session. Likewise, he was just great in his suggestions and in providing details about the food he would prepare for the event. There was nothing rushed about the meeting and I was very impressed about their sincerity in wanting to do the best job possible in to help insure the success of this special celebration. In fact, the event went beautifully and our attendees were thrilled. The Plus Catering owner was on hand throughout to manage what turned out to be a flawless service. The staff was super. Special mention also goes to the fine chef, who indeed created great looking and equally great tasting food with everything we chose. Considering the quality of food and service, I believe the price was more than fair. I could not be more satisfied with our decision to hire this vendor and will certainly contact them for future events. I give the highest recommendation to this company. RS

We had such a wonderful experience with this catering company, that I hired for my daughters May wedding reception. I was referred by our planner and I also heard very nice things from the venue manager. I read many online reviews too that were reassuring. I then contacted the Plus Catering owner, Page. He invited us for a menu tasting and meeting. There we met both Page and the company chef who is named Todd. Both gentlemen were really great with us and the menu samples we tried were really super. The end result was a wonderful reception menu. The guys were so patient with us through the whole thing. I was sure we were going to drive them crazy with all of our questions. As promised, both Page and Chef Todd were at the reception working and could not have been more helpful. All of the catering staff were so helpful and attentive. The food was fantastic (all our guests loved it ). Everything went perfectly and we were incredibly relieved and happy. I am so happy I chose this catering company for our reception! Thank you so much Page and Todd and all of your staff at Plus Catering!!

I first reached out to Plus Catering in mid April for my wedding in March 2018. The first email I received was about a week or so later on April 22, 2017 for a quote. I wanted to continue and set up an appointment for a tasting. After a few weeks went by, Page agreed on May 25th. The day before, the meeting was cancelled for some unknown reason. I was okay as long as we could reschedule. She advised that she would be in touch with me by Thursday, June 1st. On Friday, June 2nd at 5:23 PM, I emailed page asking for an update for the appointment. She replied saying that they were no longer booking during the week of my wedding. Poor communication throughout. I had to be on top of her to attempt to schedule anything. If you are a very organized person, this is not the company for you. Weddings are stressful as it is and this company didnt do anything to relieve that or assist. Poor costumer service by stringing potential clients along for WEEKS! I guess I dodged a bullet.

Plus Catering did a great job executing what we had decided upon for the wedding! When I walked into the reception hall, everything was so beautiful! A large part of that was due to Plus Catering being so thorough in providing quality plates, silverware, tablecloths, and other items. My husband and I were the first ones served. My husband devoured his plate and the appetizers as well! I wish I was less excited so I could have eaten more. The few bites I did have were so tasty! Page does a great job at the tasting making sure the menu is how you would like it and that all the tableware is the color and style you would like. They are also a great price for what you get! Definitely quality food and quality service! The only downside is sometimes there was a delay hearing back on emails but nothing ever was late or not done on time! They are a thriving company and are such a great deal! I would use them again!

WOW! I am absolutely blown away by how fabulous Plus Catering was at our engagement party. The planning process was easy & personal (Page is great to work with!). The staff on the day of were incredibly professional. And most importantly, the food! My guests are still raving about how great everything was! In addition to the delicious passed appetizers, we had a prime rib carving station, taco action station, mashed potato with mac & cheese bar.... Everything was just unbelievable. 5 stars isnt enough!

Everything was great until after the reception. The staff took linens we rented from another company as well as toasting glasses that were personalized for one of the bridesmaids. To make matters worse, the owner was argumentative with my wife on the phone when she was trying to resolve the situation. However, the food was great. Price was great. Service during the wedding was great. Just had the issue after. Would have been 5 stars if not for that.
