I’ve had the honor of being a guest at some of Chef John’s dinner parties and have never left disappointed. It’s at these parties that I’ve had the best salads and some of the tastiest grilled fish. Whether it’s his garden salad or couscous salad they are always bursting with seasonal flavors. I don’t believe I’ve ever had the exact same salad twice, but they are always pleasing to the eyes and even more delightful to the taste buds. He has a knack for putting together the freshest ingredients that complement each other in a satisfying way with the end result being a super tasty gourmet salad. His grilled snapper is not to be outdone by his festive seasonal salads. The snapper is marinated with the perfect blend of herbs and spices that bring out the flavor of the fish without being overpowering. After being marinated the fish is grilled perfectly to give that desired grilled taste while still retaining moisture. The result is moist flavorful deliciousness. I am by nature a meat lover, but Chef John’s salads and grilled fish make me, an avid meat lover, believe I could be a vegetarian, or at least a pescetarian, if even for only a short while.

Ive been meaning to share this wonderful experience with the world but life got in the way. Chef John prepared the most wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner ever. The presentation was carefully and thoughtfully prepared. Our menu consisted of THE juciest, most tender and tasty organic Turkey, along side a beautifully flavored ham, with sides such as savory roasted Brussels Sprouts and the best Thanksgiving stuffing hands down! He handles his craft with care and the utmost profesionalismo! It takes a lot of confidence and trust, in my family, to hand over the reigns of one of our most favorite holiday meals, and to allow someone else to come make this the best meal of the year was by far a long shot for me. Especially being the mom (Matriarch) in charge and holding on to a tradition handed down through the generations in our family. By far, it is in my humble opinion, that Chef John exceeded our expectations! I would hand over the reigns again! As a matter of fact, I amin 2017. So please, book him for other events because we have first dibs on him this year for our Thanksgiving Dinner! Thank you!

Finding Chef John Procacci was a stroke of good luck (or genius) for our 50th anniversary family dinner in Reunion in June. From the initial contact, I found him easy to work with. He responded promptly and guided me through selecting the menu for our five-course dinner. He made suggestions but was very open to listening to my ideas and making necessary adjustments. On the day of the party, the food was prepared on site; an hour after his arrival, the house smelled fabulous. He was ready to serve the appetizers at the appointed time and each course followed efficiently but not hurried. My husband, who considers himself a crab cake aficionado, said his crab cakes were the best ever. Chef John described each course to our guests and then let us enjoy every bite. Each course was beautifully presented and delectable. He got a “10” on each course!! Best of all, they left the kitchen as clean as they found it--they even took out the trash!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Chef John and Wendy for helping to make this such a special evening.

I hired Chef John to cook dinner for a part of 9 to celebrate my fiance and Is engagement. The dinner could not have been more perfect. We were welcomed home to an amazing appetizer spread. Chef John was very patient with our group as there were a few rounds of celebratory cocktails before we were ready for dinner. Once seated Chef John was the start of the show. Serving up one of the most beautiful salads Ive ever seen and tasted. The steaks were cooked to perfection, which was amazing considering the Chef cooked them on a dark patio. Dessert was absolutely outstanding. Overall Chef John was absolutely AMAZING! I highly recommend his services. You will not be disappointed.

Chef John and his wife Wendy absolutely amazed our small group (22) with his cooking for an entire week on our recent beach vacation in Virginia (Aug 2016). Heeding several dietary restrictions and kid preferences, Chef John prepared 14 glorious meals for our group that were flavorful, healthy and most importantly, delicious! It was a great week with gracious friends made perfect by the food pampering Chef John and Wendy treated us to. Hoping to see you both again next Summer!

Mr. Procacci prepared a delicious meal for my wife and I along with another couple for a special date night. The meal consisted of fresh cooked whole snapper and a fabulous seafood paella, accompanied by a delicious Mediterranean salad. He was courteous and professional, on time and everything was cleaned up spotless when he was finished. I would recommend his service and look forward to another meal prepared by Mr. Procacci soon!

John did an outstanding job for our Teen Ball. The presentation was incredible and extremely appealing. We had many delicious choices from baked ziti, to 3 cheese organic macaroni, amazing wings and many more items. The desserts were also scrumptious. John is an amazing chef and very professional. My friends and I had Chef John Procacci. out to our vacation home in Orlando to cook dinner. Chef John prepared a very delicious mediterranean salad, an outstanding chicken and pasta with roasted portabello mushroom and asparagus. It was the most fresh and delicious meal. He is an amazing chef. I would gladly recommend him as your Top Private Chef. He is the best and has the personality of a very nice genuine person .

We hired Chef John for a small dinner party with friends. We had some guests with very specific dietary restrictions (including gluten-free) and he was very helpful in creating a menu to that caters to everyone. He made a four course meal that was both delicious and perfectly presented. The service was also top notch and the clean up was completely taken care of. We will definitely have him do our next dinner party!
