I am absolutely disappointed with chic fil a, particularly this location. I went through the drive thru yesterday morning and ordered 3 things. A bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. A large hashbrown, and a chicken biscuit. I pay for my food and head home. I should have known better than to drive off before checking my bag because the last time I went, they gave me the wrong food. When I get home and check, sure enough its the wrong food. My husband calls the store and speaks with a woman who apologizes and tells us we can come have the food replaced when we want to. She takes my husbands name down and hangs up. After dropping off the kids at school we decide to drive by and get our replacement. We place the order, explain to the worker what happened and gave him our name. He tells us to park and they would bring our food out. After waiting a very long time in the car a woman comes out with no food. She tells us that she didnt take our call yesterday, that they dont supposedly take calls in the morning, that the other lady manager isnt there so she cant verify we spoke to her, and that they wouldnt replace our food unless we went all the way home to get our receipt. Even after we told her we used our debit card and the order can be looked up by that. She said that was their policy and she couldnt help us. Why they couldnt say that before making us wait for several minutes is ridiculous. We asked for the general manager and was told that she was inside and didnt want to talk to us. We asked for the district manager and was told there wasnt one. We asked for the cooperate number and she walked away. I have never been so disappointed with a fast food restaurant as I was then. From their initial screw up to their wasting my time, its ridiculous. All over 7 dollars. Side note, someone answered the phone when I called after we drove away. So, I guess that whole "we dont take calls during the morning" nonsense is only further proven to be a lie. Interestingly enough, when we mentioned cooperate and how they would not be happy with their behavior, the manager was quick to say that didnt matter because they are a franchise. If this is the type of franchise this company wants representing them, they deserve their fall from grace.

First off, I LOVE Chick-Fil-A! Today, however, I had three orders to pick up for myself and co-workers. Im aware that you can only make two separate orders at one time, so one of them was made using the Chick-Fil-A app. Once I got to the drive-thru to make the orders, I asked if there was any way they could have the mobile order at the window so that I could pick it up with the rest. The employee informed me that there was nothing she could do to help me. I then asked if curbside would be an option, since its afternoon rush and Im already in the drive-thru with two other orders. The employee let me know that if the order was already placed, Id just have to park my car and go pick up the last order. HORRIBLE Customer Service! Even advising me that normally it isnt something they can do in the future, but doing it as a one-time courtesy wouldve been a better option. I know Chick-Fil-A prides itself on their customer service and I thought my experience today was absolutely horrible, and Im so disappointed.

Ive been visiting this Chick-fil-A for a couple of years now, when I was a tourist vacationing at Universal Studios. It just so happens that I now live in Orlando and passed by this Chick-fil-A after a fun-filled day at Universal. Chick-fil-A is known for their great service and great food, but a young lady stuck out, for my wife and I. Usually when Im picking up my food at the drive-thru, I get greeted, receive my food, and get thanked, and leave. A team leader by the name of Eleina (I hope I spelled it right) was actually conversing with us while we were waiting for our order. She asked us how our day was going, how we were doing, and told us a little bit about herself. This may seem like something small and insignificant, but this is the first time that my wife and I felt a very positive impact from a drive-thru employee, a young one at that. Thank you Eleina, for going that extra mile.

I love chick fil a BUT this is the worst one I have ever been to. I eat CFA multiple times a week and each time Im at this one I have a bad experience. Ether the tables are filthy or my order is wrong, Im treated rudely or a combination of the three. Im writing this review in light of my girlfriends and my last experience. They made her salad wrong when we asked them to correct their mistake they replaced it with the wrong salad. Then the manager who recognized my girlfriend as a regular customer had the audacity to scold my girlfriend for asking a second time that her order be served correctly. When the salad was brought out the chicken was on the side and leaving her to cut up the chicken that was supposed to be prepared and served top of her salad. I pray this CFA gets it together and makes the changes to provide the experience I have enjoyed at many other child fil a restaurants.

Very disappointed. The last few visits to different stores have not been a positive. Went to this store for dinner and were asked to wait at the curbside area for our order from the drive thru. Not a big deal until we watched several cars get served through the drive thru and nobody brought out our order. I noticed two different drive thru workers looking at us parked in the waiting area but did nothing. Finally we went in to restaurant where another customer was having an issue. Manager and employee didnt seem interested to help us however once acknowledged they handed us our order which had been sitting on the counter the entire time. Fries were cold and undercooked and chicken was cool to warm. Needless to say most of that dinner ended up in the trash.

I call and say my order messed up and you say Ill have a manger call you. Same person call me back 15 to 20 mins later and say my manger said if you dont have the food we cant replace your order. First off if that was the case why not tell me that 20 mins ago and second who was going to drive back at the moment. Ive never had a problem with chick-fil-a replacing my order when they messed up. I paid for something thats all I wanted replaced I didnt even want the whole order replaced. Ill drive a few extra minutes to another chick-fil-a. If they cant make sure the order is right and if they do mess up FIX IT!! I even told them I had the pictures to show they that THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. They didnt care.

The best chik-fil-a in town. I was so excited tonight because I got out of work early enough to make it before they closed. The drve-thru wasnt even crowded which was awesome. Yet as I got to the window I realized I didnt have my wallet! I had left it at work! As I drive up to the window I, very embaressingly, explain Im sorry I cant take the food. I apologized profusely especially knowing they went through the trouble of preparing it. They were kind enough to comp it! What a daymaker! I am so glad this is my regular spot you honestly cant beat the customer service!
