THE WORST Chick Fil A experience I have ever had. Got here at 5 and they did not have hardly any customers yet. We ordered food. Spicy chicken sandwich with added cheese. Chicken was barely warm bread was cold and cheese didnt even melt. When asked to get a fresh one. I received another sandwhich with barely warm chicken. Cold bread and cheese not melted. When I spoke to the manager up front her response was "only thing I can do is put it in the hot box.." If the chicken were hot the cheese would melt. She did not seem to care. If you want Chick-fil-A keep driving. Theres another one in either direction not to far away.

Worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been in. Upon ordering they were out of honey mustard, and Polynesian sauce, no waffle fries, no Coca-Cola, no Dr. Pepper, no granola parfait, and no fruit cup. So I got the side salad which was brown and slimy. My chicken nuggets didnt look like the normal Chick-fil-a nuggets, they were gray in color. Lastly, no soap or paper towels in the ladies rest room, just hand sanitizer. Such a shame since we spent over $50 for my family of six. And Chick-fil-a is the only fast food restaurant I am willing to eat at. I may have to reconsider when traveling.

I quite enjoy Chick Fil A at their various locations, and love their food, but this experience was unfortunately disappointing. On a Saturday night they had run out of everything from French Fries to most of their soda, and unfortunately had to remain open. I give them 4 stars because of their professionalism and the fact that they compd our french fries that they brought in from a store. I hope they get their ordering back to perfection!

I love this Chick-fil-A. I have always felt welcome at this location. All employees were continuously polite. Most importantly, the food on a scale from 1 to 10 is a 7 average (sometimes 10). However, I will not let that 7 stop me from going to this location because it well worth more than two or three chances. As I stated above, the food is sometimes good or excellent but recently it has just been good.

Visited the Brunswick GA location on 7/7. Havent been in a while because its always so busy. Ordered tenders and fries meal and quite disappointed that both were like warm at best. You would think with the volume of business all the food would be piling hot. The tenders and fries definitely had to be sitting for a while to be so non-warm. I expected much better.

I chose 3 stars because the food is always good and the staff is friendly but the drive through is probably the worst chic fil a drive through Ive ever been to. Its not ran well compared to other chic fil as Ive been to. Ive waited 15 plus minutes in their drive through at multiple times of the day, and not just at lunch hour.

Traveling from Fl to Va , weve stopped at more chick fil as than id want to admit lol. This was one id never care to visit again , there were maybe 9 people total inside (which for a chick fil a id consider it empty ) .... longest Ive EVER waited , and the food wasnt good ... very disappointed in this particular one.

I love Chick Fil A but this location is always super busy. I order a salad and specifically ask for dressing and did not get any. It would have been okay but when I call back to complain I was given to three different individuals to talk to. Needless to say I will not visit this location again!

Meets all my expectations of a Chick-fil-a. Helpful friendly staff and great food. However, the corporate chains charitable foundation WinShape has made some controversial donations which make me wonder if Im inadvertently contributing causes that are against the better condition of mankind.

Regular Chick-fil-A food, pleasant, helpful staff with order taker who wished us "have a blessed day" with sincerity. This New Yorker found that startling, but she was cute and sincere and pleasant and quick and I was out of my element. And the food was hot and good, so no problem.

The service was great, exactly what you expect from chick fil a, and the food was excellent. The food was actually some of the best I have ever eaten at chick fil a, and I eat at chick fil a about three times a week. So I eat the food quite a bit. This chick fil a is very good.

We had a group of about 25 and we called ahead but were still greeted with confusion. The attitudes of some of the workers were not chick fil a standard and we were disappointed. The fries were also overcooked and the chicken was undercooked. However, our orders were correct.

The staff was very friendly. The is the first fast food location that I have been to that had a nice going man come around and ask if refills or anything else was needed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any travelers who need a quick bite to eat.

I frequent this location often-- if you are in a rush, dont stop here! The people are friendly and the location is clean BUT at luch hour 11-1 or at night around 8pm....expect a 15min wait at the drive thru. At least the food is always fresh :)

Cashiers were nice. Food was good except for fries which were soggy. Manager off in here own world behind the counter doing her own thing which didnt look like anything. Boy in lobby busy fixing his hair while he he wiped tables. Eww. Nasty

The team here was really friendly, and super fast. Ate here driving up from Florida, and back down to Florida. Both times my food arrived quickly, hot, and naturally awesome. Would definitely stop again when driving through the area.

Terrible! Cold food and bad customer service are terribly frequent- unheard of for ChickFilA. For the money you pay, is it so much ch to ask that orders are filled correctly and with HOT food that wont make my family sick?

Smelled like dirty mop( mildew ) throughout. The lettuce in my salad was really brown. I told the manager and thru made me a fresh one. The workers were very nice and efficient. Play area smelled like dirty mop too.

The staff is always super friendly and always willing to fix the very very rare mistake. The bathrooms are clean. The dining room area is clean. And theyre one of the only places left in Brunswick with a playground.

Stopped in on way back from vacation in nc. All of our food was cold and old. Not used to getting this kind of product from cfa. Was disappointing but really, its still head and shoulders above other options.

Traveling from New York.... chicken was small and definitely didnt fill the bun like the photo. Disappointed, when expecting a rare treat. Hope they provide better chicken when they come to Syracuse.
