At chick fil a today and accidentally ordered grilled nuggets for my kids instead of crispy. When the manager overheard my son upset about it she replaced them free of charge even though it was my mistake entirely! I just wanted to cry and hug her because not only would we avoid a meltdown but this meant my son would also actually eat something. Thank you so much! Weve been customers for awhile now but Im definately a lifer at this location.

We love this place! Not only is the food great, but the young lady behind the counter just comped my husbands meal because she heard me on the phone with our cell carrier explaining how he dropped his phone in the toilet and I needed to have his calls forwarded to my phone until we get his new phone! Love this company and the values they instill in their employees!!!

This is the best Chick-fil-A in the area. Theres virtually no turnover on staff, which makes them work like a well oiled machine. They go the extra mile to make sure the customers get what they want. The drive-through is very quick. We usually stop for milk shakes, which they split into two smaller cups for the kids. This is our favorite Chick-fil-A.

First time in for breakfast and was average at best. Hoped for a better experience! As usual, the employees were superb and very friendly. Had an encounter with management due to an oversight by the cashier and counting back change. Very surprised that she was less than acceptable. So my scorecard? Food: B- Service: A+ Management: D

I thought it was ok. I was not impressed with the play area. It was dirty and no airflow Im glad my daughter do not have asthma. I could only image breathing in that play area. The food was ok. If I have to compare from cuyahoga falls vs canton: I think canton is better.

Let me just say this is by far the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. The customer service is the best and I come here at least once a week for lunch and I have never had a issue. The manager Mike is awesome. He makes sure the food is good and the restaurant is clean !

Great service. When we arrived in the drive through, the lady mentioned that our wait time was longer than normal, though I had no awareness to the decreased drive time. She was exceptionally kind and provided a 10% discount on our meal. I plan to be a return customer.

Clean. Friendly staff. Great chicken sandwiches. My favorite is the grilled chicken option. Waffle fries are yummy. I always get Chick-fil-A sauce for my fries. Free refills, just ask at the side counter. Most times an employee will come by and ask too.

Anytime you go there, the store is clean, the service is excellent, and tbe food is nothing short of perfect. Easily the best restaurant Ive been to. No matter if theres 1 person or 100 people in there when you walk in, you are guaranteed the best experience.

I never went there and feel sorry. They always make me and my dog happy. Fresh food make upon the order. They always have a give away nuggets or mini chicken burgers. Also, on the top of everything, they serve a quality of food not like any other food chain.

A place that truly cares for quality food, a clean place, and great service. A+ for whoever manages this place, if only other places could be like chick-fil-a. Consider waffle fries and obviously the chicken sandwiches. I also like their ice cream cones too.

I love how there is now a trend to have someone go around and make sure that dine in customers have everything they need. Someone came by and asked if I needed a drink refill. Not something Id expect from a fast food place but I am glad they do this!

Food was pretty good. Definitely hot and got it extremely quickly (ate in). The staff is excellent! They have conversations with you and make you feel welcomed, which is great since I just moved here.
