I am beyond impressed with the service I just received at this particular Qdoba Restaurant. My 2-year-old daughter came in on a Wednesday night for "chips." I ordered my daughter some nachos which she was not impressed with. We sat there for an hour while I tried to get her to eat her chips. The cashier was very friendly and watched as I struggled to get my cold to eat. Suddenly, she came over with a bag and said she had a treat if the nachos turned out not to be what my daughter expected. When we left, I said to the cashier that I wasnt sure what she had given me but I thanked her. She said she gave me the stuff for nachos but separated. It was greatly appreciated! She watched a kids meal go to waste but have us a second chance on the house! Thank you!

Was expecting a mexican waiter/waitress, that was fine, she was okay, steak was overcooked - they did take it off the bill which was nice, considering i didnt even ask. Beans were refried not black beans... doesnt say that on the menu, no free refills on horchata:( Took forever to bring out nachos and salsa, there were only a few people in the restaurant and our food still took forever, no coloring books or crayons for kids... food was priced high for the quality, not a real mexican feel or atmosphere, overall - will not ever go back

We just came to town and went to take a takeout. We wanted to have a chicken burrito and the chicken wasnt ready, we chatted for 3 minutes with the nice cashier until the chicken was ready. Ended up with having our entire order on the house! The manager waived it since we had to wait. This is great service and they just bought themselves a customer !

Do not eat here. The staff is rude and over charge you without your knowledge. When I challenge them, the cashier denied it. I showed her the receipt and she goes "oh sorry ". The food was stale. The solution was they gave us more chips. They were already shutting down and it was 2 hours before closing. First bad Qdoba experience in 10 years!

This was my first time having Qdoba. It was okay not great. Im from south Florida so we only have chipotle and in my opinion chipotle is better. I got a burrito with chicken, white rice and black beans and chips and queso. It was weirdly rolled and the queso wasnt great. The chips werent stale though which is good.

I love Qdoba! One of my favorites in the quick casual Mexican world. The staff here is so so, which is the reason for two stars off. Theyre cold, distant and not at all welcoming. Ive noticed a guy that I think is manager acting the same, so its no surprise his employees follow his lead.

Use to love this place but the prices are a lot higher than Chipotle and their food has gone down hill. I hate their 1,000 choice Coke machine. Most of their drinks taste off. The coke and sprite are very different tasting.

Use to be great. Management knew me. The workers knew me and the prices were good. I only get a burrito with chicken and cheese. Thats all. Use to come out to $3.50 a burrito. Now they charge $8. Disgusting.

Q Doba is always a good, quick bite. I had the 3 cheese nachos and they were as good as I remembered (hadnt had Q Doba since we moved to San Antonio Tx 2008). My niece had a shrimp salad and she devour it!

Food is great, but the only negative is that they wont serve you at the table. You have to place the order at the register and pay, then they will serve you, which is hard when you have a big group....

Its like Chipotle with cholula instead of the Chipotle sauce. The tacos in my opinion were actually much better than Chipotle. If I had to choose between the two I would choose here.
