Awful customer service! Went in for a rapid pickup and waited for over 10 minutes. People who order inside the store got their food before ours. I went to confront the cashier about the situation since money was already taken from my bank account. She kept telling me to wait over by the food pickup area. Another worker finally informed us that it was placed on a shelf. We wasted 15 minutes standing there for no reason and no one asked us if we needed help. I never received such poor customer service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE...waited over 15 min for a simple egg and cheese bagel. When I finally received it and bit into my sandwich (after leaving and arriving late to a meeting) they had also added sausage!!! Seeing that I am a vegetarian you can imagine my surprise; especially after waiting nearly 20min for a bagel... Management was onsite (I believe even a district manager) but didnt even step into to help or address the customer service issues! Never again...

We love panera......but I am not sure what is going on this this particular solon branch. Service has progressively gotten rough over the last year. Try to avoid ordering for delivery since they tend to forget some of the order. If you order rapid pick up, make sure you check your order. I dont think I had an order right this entire summer. Hopefully, new management will step in sometime soon.

I scheduled a meeting at Panera in their meeting room, and the floor was not completely swept and paper on the floor. I picked up all the paper on the floor and rearranged the tables to accommodate our meeting, A nice meeting room but it has to be clean for the next guest!

Girls making food more interested in screwing around and cussing than preparing food. Two identical salads had different ingredients, one even missing the chicken. Manager chose to inspect salad rather than just make it right. Definitely not visiting this Panera again.

Nervous about service after reading recent reviews. Noon lunch provided surprisingly excellent service from the cashiers and they proved to be efficient handling the large lunch crowd. Ive never had issues here during my twice a year visits. Happy lunch in my opinion.

Our order was supposed to be ready for rapid pick up at 12.41pm. We waited till 12.50pm and it didnt come through. So, we asked them and they said they missed our order because of some internet problem. Its 1.05pm now and order is still not out!

Ordered catering for a group lunch. When it didnt arrive on time, I called and wasnt treated very nicely. Remember that you made the mistake...not me and EVEN if I did...I was your customer. WAS being the operative word here.

I used to love Panera but the food quality and serving size has dramatically decreased over the years. Theres plenty of seating which is nice, but the macaroni I ordered was pretty watery and the sandwich was tiny for the price.

I love the new decor. They also seem to have added a number of new menu items since I was last there. I had the steak and white cheddar sub and it was very good. they didnt have too much mayo or other sauce...just right!

A larger Panera with a very nice staff. Good location, plenty of parking. Nothing too crazy in terms of the menu, but I wouldnt be surprised if they test out new dishes here (since they are so close to the Nestle plant).
