This is a really fine little restaurant. The Soups are good, you really cant go wrong. I like the Lobster Bisque, and the Crawfish Ettouffee, loaded backed potato, and there is a really good chili. If you order online you can customize your salad with lots of extras like added egg or croutons and whatnot. The staff are always really friendly, never had a bad experience there. The owners are really nice people too.

As soon as my daughter and I entered we received a friendly greeting. While perusing the menu the counter staff offered suggestions and samples. We each chose the wonderful lobster bisque and a sandwich. Everything was delicious and the portions were ample. What really made our visit memorable was the friendly staff - they were more like five star restaurant staff than chain-food employees. Well be back.

We visited Zoup in Solon, OH, for the first time with my elderly in-laws, both of whom use walkers. The personnel could not have been more helpful or friendly, from their warm greeting, to their assistance in choosing the soup, to the young man who offered to clear our table for us. And our soup selections were delicious! We will be back!

If you turned Chipotle or Five Guys into a soup place, this would be the outcome. Plenty of options, decent prices, and SERIOUSLY good soup. Highly recommend the Chicken Pot Pie soup, but Ive never had any flavors disappoint. This particular location is very clean and nicely decorated.

Very friendly-great service n soup especially that tomato spinach/brown rice n that little spicy rustic vegetable bean with tomato in it-BANGIN . Awesome n Healthy . Philly Man very happy-didnt know they had em n COLUMBUS-OHIO where I live now-I will be back 4 sure

Good soup...TERRIBLE service. I ordered just a side of soup to go and it took almost 10 min. There were 2 tables that were already eating and only 3 (1 in front of me, 1 behind me)of us in line, all who ordered soup. There were 6 people working.

Zelicious Zoup! I cannot say thanks enough, these guys get my order to me so fast and their food is so good every time I am there. They get 5 stars because there arent 10!

Excellent array of soups. You can sample them all before you buy. Only thing that hampers is the location. Difficult to pull into from busy road.

Best Turkey sandwich. New soup menu daily. You can order online and pick up at store which is convenient for work lunch.
