Very upset..... i was not able to have a sub made because they were too close to closing. The employee said " I would but your sandwich wont be done in 4 min. Sorry!" That was horrible customer service. Regardless of your hours of operation i tried to place a order before closing time. Your hours should say what time you close and your doors should be locked. She turned me away and as a customer who luvs firehouse, Im not happy. Next time your hours should say exactly when your last item can be made or purchased. I hope the owner or owners see this, because this is not acceptable.

Complaining about them refusing to make your sandwich is stupid. Its inconsiderate of you to show up 4 minutes before they close and order stuff. They have lives, familys , children to get home to. If you wanted it that bad you should have gone in sooner. Youre the type of customer I cant stand.

Staff was amazing this evening, happy and personable. Subs were perfect. Nice to walk in and the person taking your order knows your 10yr olds order by heart..she visits often with her dad. Store is clean and well cared for.

We ordered online, but they insisted that we ordered at the wrong store. She didnt check anything, and she seemed to enjoy telling us we screwed up. I double checked our confirmation, and we were at the correct store.
