My husband and I got matti he March 2017 and everything went perfectly except the catering. The food was fine and the serving staff was pleasant enough but there was a huge issue in communication with this company. After we gave our deposit we heard nothing from them again until we started asking questions closer to the day of the wedding such as "when will they come set up?" And "how many hours is the bartender there for"? I was surprised this information was never communicated and we had to ask. We even had to ask if we can pay them because the bill was never sent days before the wedding and we didnt want non payment to be an issue. We decided we were bringing our own alcohol but wanted to pay for and have them provide a full bar set up with iice and mixers. It took multiple calls and ALOT of incorrect information before we got an actual price on this. Our point of contact was nice but had no idea about the companys prices or policies. The day of the wedding the staff showed up late to set up and came with NO TABLES. We were told that the venue "should" supply them. Our venue never supplied tables and it states that quite clearly on their website. They brought the linens but no tables. We were never told we would have to provide the tables nor were we told how many tables would be needed for their display or what size tables to fit their linen. We had to send off a few of our guests to go to Hone Depot and buy some tables so they can set up the food. I was appalled by such a lack of professionalism. Had they just communicated this with us we could have been prepared. Since we had a breakfast for dinner theme the proposal showed there would be a coffee and juice bar set up. There was none. Later on when clearing out the mixers used in the drinks we noticed that there were expired mixers being served. The exoerience we had with this catering company was nothing short of a nightmare and I would not recommend them. Ive reviewed all my other vendors with 5 stars and I usually just skip a bad review because I hate to write negative things but this experience warranted some feedback.

Presentation was the only thing good about it. They catered a function in deland at sanborn center. Ran out of fruit and cheese before line even went thru. Chicken skewers were there but soaked in liquid. Asked how people did they pay for they said 240. Well about 100 people got nothing but chicken skewers. Poor poor poor. One good key to catering is dont short the people.would never use them.

Joe, Rachel, and Winnie prepared a lovely Christmas Brunch for me! I left my home to go to a meeting, and when I returned it had been transformed into a beautiful place for my friends to gather. The food was delicious, looked lovely, and was served elegantly. Thank you so much!
