Chose Cocktails Catering for my wedding because it was budget friendly and had most of what I was looking for. Throughout the planning process, I worked closely with three of their sales ladies. It was a stress free process, so nothing should go wrong, right? On the day of, the company arrived 45 minutes after the 2 pm time slot. This left for an hour of prep time, which means my volunteer of friends and family (including bridesmaids and groomsmen) were scrambling to help set up. The man in charge of Cocktails thought my venue provided chairs, so he didnt bring them. It baffles me as I rented the chairs, knowing that my venue didnt have them. He had to go back, which delayed the process again. My friends and family helped set the chairs out 10 minutes before the ceremony! In addition, the table linens I ordered were not the correct color. PRO: Had a great bartender that night. She made the experience great and was well tipped. Cocktails does not add the tipping, so this was up to my discretion. Im usually a good tipper but I didnt tip them based on the experience. The sales ladies were great and helpful throughout the process. The food was tasty. Recommend the skirt steak with chimmichurri sauce and mac and cheese. Had enough leftovers to take home. CON: The man in charge of the event was not professional nor organized. He set up the bar, so one of the coolers of the wines were overlooked. Had a lot to take home. The fact that he had my friends and family help set up tables and chairs for him was unprofessional. Not having his company show up on time made the experience stressful. My coworker, who married few months before, used them as well and did not like the fact that they opened all of her wines, which meant that what wasnt used needed to be drunken up that night. What they sold me and what I received were two different things. I was VERY specific that I wanted two identical buffet set ups, to minimize guest waiting. They only set up one drink station. I paid for 120 servings. We ran out of food even though only 98 people showed. They were supposed to service the food, they didnt man the station until I frantically started barking orders. The event "manager" was poorly dressed. The food was cold and mushy. When I wrote to them about my experience, I did not receive a call back or even an apology. I had to psych myself out on the day of the event (March 2015) just so they didnt ruin my daughters Sweet 16 event. DONT use them. This was the biggest mistake I made and the last with them ever and I have two more events coming. I will email pictures to anyone interested. The sales people are great and tasting is great. That is where they catch you and the great ends! DONT DO IT…ps they will blast your emails even when you didnt sign up for advertisement and act like they cant remove you. We should all add them to Angies List as a BEWARE!!!!!

Set up a tasting. Service was poor. Apologized too multiple times due to prolonged wait time. When food came out. Meatballs were dry lacking seasoning. Deviled eggs were okay. Carrots were dried out and all shriveled on presentation. Potatoes were not cooked and semi raw. Chimichuri was greasy and probably the best tasting item (listed as chef favorite). Lastly tilapia was just steamed with some capers dumped on top, no flavor or seasoning. Overall a horrible experience and chose to not use them as vendor. Id expect tasting to be amazing since youre trying to show the customer your best food. Overall a horrible experience. Hopefully other people have better experiences with them.

Had the amazing pleasure of working with Louis at the Marina Banquet Hall in Saint Cloud for the very first time and as a fellow vendor I can began to commend him and ALL of the staff for their professionalism, etiquette and service. One if the Best service that I have seen in years and we work with a lot of vendors. Keep up the good work. The bartenders were professional, the wait staff, was perfection and Louis was an amazing host and the food...AMAZING!!!. A++ 5 Stars. Highly recommend.

We had Cocktails and Catering for two events over a weekend and they were always on time, professional, and the food was delicious!!! The chicken was AMAZING, the sliders were awesome, the spinach dip was rich and delicious, in short, everything we ordered was SO good! The bartenders were SO nice and the linens and light decorations they provided were perfection. And they were BY FAR the BEST deal we found in town. HIGHLY recommended to anyone for any occasion!

I went to a wedding where these people "catered", and it was awful. Food was bland, service was laughable. Countless mistakes and accidents through the entire event. The bride and groom spoke to these people afterwards, know what these people said? "Too bad" Honestly, I dont even know what keeps this place in business. I wouldnt recommended them to anyone.

BEWARE!!!!They will give you good food at your tasting but then when it is delivered to your wedding, the food is tasteless and barely edible. I am writing this review so that no one has to suffer like I did on my wedding. This company is expensive and they do not deliver good food. Please stay away and try something cheaper and tastier.
