We have taken our son and daughter to Primrose Schools of Lake Nona since they were infants and can only say fantastic things about them. Mr. and Mrs. Wickham and all of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and show they truly care about the children and families. The little things like being greeted by name every day as we walk in goes a long way. Security is great as they have a key coded door to enter and cameras and gates around the entire building. The playground has artificial turf so the kids dont get hurt or bug bites and there is even a splash pad for those hot summer days! Our daughter loves eating all of the freshly made breakfasts, lunches and snacks and we get an electronic report daily filled with notes and pictures through an app called Tadpoles. Our oldest, who is now in 3rd grade, was very well prepared for elementary school when he started and I relate it directly to the excellent curriculum they teach from an early age. My kids and I favorite part......"Cookie Day" every Thursday! A big personal Thank you again to Mrs. Wickham for all that you do in helping providing exception care for our little ones! From organizing the open house events to taking part in the costume parades, you have made Primrose feel less like a daycare and more like an extension of our home!

Horrible place the director is a snob. The receptionist isnt welcoming. Melissa Wickham is rude. The teachers dont get paid enough for their work. Babys leave school with diaper rashes. They dont fill out incident report because they filled out "too many" in one day. They kids eat food from a can. They overly charge the parents. The infant room has roaches and they havent called an inspector. They deduct money from employees checks for cpr courses they didnt know they pay for nor took a test for. So their not even probably trained on cpr. Not all employees have the 45 DCF hours. They hire inexperienced young women, most of them dont even have an associates degree and are fresh of out of high school. Horrible place wouldnt recommend to anyone. Amazing Explorers in opening soon Laureate Park. Their cheaper and also have cameras so you can see how your child is doing and is under supervision the whole time their there.

As both an employee and a parent, I couldnt ask for a better place to work. I love being able to work alongside all of the wonderful staff here at this beautiful location. My son loves it here, when I pick him up, he is always excited to tell me something great and new he learned that day, and Im so greatful for his wonderful team of teachers in his room, they are always friendly and welcoming to both of us, even if coming in during circle time can be disruptive, which is when we usually arrive. I hope to continue to develop my childcare career here at Primrose. ♥️

Extremely bad management. Only care about money. I had to move my son because I felt threatened there. They pay only minimum wage to the teachers, so they do not get quality people. Owners only want to make money. No passion. They charge extremely ridiculous late fees and other fees. Find schools such as Cranium, Bright Scholars or Lady Bird nearby. Stay away from this place.

UN educated instructors maximum they have Is a bachelors most only have 40 hours of training - when kids get a cut they are supposed to fill out a report- Most times no report filled out - if you complain they just try to turn it around and blame it on the kid - dont recommend

Ive enjoyed every minute of my experience here at Primrose Lake Nona as an employee. Ive been welcomed by the families loved by the children and appreciated by the owners and fellow leadership staff. I implore you to come on in so that you can experience the same!

Malissa Wickham is a horrible owner of the preschool. Shes rude and unprofessional, lies about everything. Over charges the parents and underpays her employees. Shes going to be the reason why that location is going to go out of business.
