The salon knew this review was coming. I went in the other week for a simple bang trim. Although I had an appointment, the person I wanted was still busy with a client so I assured the receptionists that I would go with anyone, just to save time. I was placed in Kais care and I was mortified when she was finished with me. Instead of cutting my bangs like a stylist always does with scissors, she decided to use a mens clipper. As she was cutting my bangs using this method, I was worried and felt uncomfortable. After all, I was a lady in a salon not a man in a barbershop. As soon as she finished, I felt what she had done. She took off the beginning of both eyebrows, one worse than the other. The worst time to ruin someones eyebrows would probably be right after you cut their bangs extremely short. Then she offered a makeup artist to fix it. I said "for what? So I can go home and wash it off??". Imagine this was for my wedding day or before a special event. Ive been having to color my eyebrows in for weeks now and it still hasnt grown back fully. I was offered a hair coloring service because of it. Well that honestly wasnt the best experience either. In fact, it was the worst hospitality and hair service Ive ever had. The girl that did my hair was KC and she told me to go to the sink for the dye. She lathered it in my hair (and all over my scalp) like shampoo and had me sit there for 20 mins with it basically dripping from my head. Multiple girls walked by, offering their clients drinks and I was never offered anything. I was treated like I did something wrong that day all because Kai did a very incompetent thing to a client. Oh to top it all off the bang trim was awful. I even asked KC to touch up Kais job and when I got home I noticed multiple longer pieces on the ends and even some in the front. My only two regrets are walking into the salon and tipping KC $15. She didnt deserve anything with the horrible hair coloring service she gave me and with the way I was treated. Suffice it to say Id never step foot in that salon again.

I love this salon and I adore Blake! The salon is set in a perfect location downtown with the easiest (and free) parking. There is always a friendly face at the front desk to welcome you. Blake is my favorite hair stylist. I was introduced to his work through friends who all have fabulous hair. I am in the hair and makeup industry and needed serious help fixing a cut I had attempted on myself but was super nervous about who I let fix it. I booked an appointment with Blake knowing he consistently produced excellent work and have been seeing him since! He is excellent with listening to the look you want to achieve, gives honest feedback, and always achieves beautiful results that continues to deliver! His cuts grow out beautifully which is a true indicator of a hair cut done right! Besides being a gifted hair stylist, Blake is enjoyable to sit with-he is always pleasant and easy to engage in conversation with. I love everything about getting my hair done by Blake

My Daughter and I have been Going to this Salon for several years. 90 percent of the time we were always satisfied. It is a great atmosphere and the service is friendly. It is my understanding there are new owners as of several months ago. I am not sure what is going on there now, but we just had a bad experience. Not only did a simple color, No Cut, take 4 HOURS, Not come out close to the color requested, and we were charged $150...REALLY? We were also told if we wanted a blow dry it would be an Extra 50 Dollars! When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I got Nowhere...Neither my Daughter or I will be going back there, Ever.

Ron made me feel like a princess.I went to this salon because I had sombre with a harsh line and didnt have the color fade I wanted, and needed it fixed. I LOVED what she did, she made it fade perfectly and added subtle touches of color throughout my hair to make the sombre appear more natural.My hair didnt even look like my hair when she was done, it was sew shiny and silky and soft I couldnt stop touching it. Thank you so much Ron. Ill definitely be back next time I need something done with my hair!

Ive been going to the same person most of my life, but once she moved about an hour away...getting my hair done became a whole day affair. Within the last 6 months, I have started getting my hair colored and cut by Aixa and she is FABULOUS! I am very much a creature of habit, but she always helps make my same cut look fresh in every way!! Very relaxing atmosphere and super easy to schedule! I wouldnt mind making this an all day affair! Aixa is amazing! I came in wanting a shorter haircut that would be easy to manage and she killed it - Im still receiving compliments on it a month later. The blond color she gave me was also gorgeous and has grown out really well making it a great low maintenance option. Looking forward to my next appointment!

This salon is beautiful. Employees are super nice and polite. They offer refreshments. I got a coffee which was truly needed. Lol I big chopped my hair on Monday 9/5 and went for a shape up by Danielle. I came across her work on Instagram. She does wonderful work for natural hair.
