I was in today to get acrylic for $25 and not to be rude by any means but the past 3 times I went to get my nails done it seems like all the people do not have their business straight because 1 guy thats really nice, I dont know his name or anyone elses, (the one that sits in the front) will charge if I wanted a certain length and a young girl that works there didnt charge at all for that but a week later my ring finger started lifting.I even heard a girl today that wasnt pleased with her because she was doing something in her house and her nail broke. I went back today to get another set of acrylic and the guy that is for station 4 I was not pleased with him at all because he made me bleed 3 times on 2 fingers on the right and 1 time on the left and it still stings pretty bad. Another thing is he charged me $2 for 2 polishes because I just only wanted my ring finger a glitter color and last time when I got a design like that he didnt charge me. I have to say that the guy that did my nails today was very rough, didnt hardly speak at all just only when I got there and when I left, and was very rough with nail file and it seemed he wanted to hurry up and get done. Not only that when I first got there he seemed like something was bothering him like he had an attitude about something. I have to say that I do nails myself because I have acrylic to do it on myself and other people as well and I like to get my nails done and pamper myself so I can watch how other people do it also because we all have different ways of doing things. It seems like when i wanted something little he wanted to keep charging and to me the way how tone was, he didnt want to do it. Thats why my nails are the way it is. Also, when i got home i had to get my buffer and buff 3 of my nails underneath because they were snagging and getting caught in my hair. It was good that they offer a water or something to drink while there but I am not really pleased thats why I decided to write a review. I gave chances 3 times thats how many times I went there......never coming back.

I dont know where to begin. Im on my way home from the salon without a chunk of my REAL nail, bleeding a little, and thoroughly ticked.I called at 6:15 to make an appointment for 6:45. The man on the phone asked for my name, and after I gave it to him he said ok see you at 7:45. No other info was given or received. When I got there, I was greeted by two employees who acted as if I was interrupting something and asked who I had an appointment with. I told them I had no clue, I just knew I had an appointment at 7:45. The woman rolled her eyes and the man rudely asked "what do you want?" I told him I previously had acrylics but so many of them broke and I was able to safely remove most of them at home but that there were three I needed help removing and that I would also like to have gel polish put on my natural nails afterward. He then scoffed at me and told me to sit down. He gave me some swatches of gel polish and there wasnt much of a variety so I told him I would pass on the gel. For some reason that upset him. Then he took a pair of cuticle nippers, grabbed ahold of one of my nails from underneath it near my cuticle and ripped it upward. It hurt so bad I came out of my chair and screamed. He looked at me and said "thats why you dont try to take your nails off at home. My nail started bleeding and he continued to dremmel my other nails down. When I pointed out that he ripped part of my real nail off he said yeah you wont be able to paint that one for a couple of weeks but you can come back in two weeks and we will paint them for you. Then he continued to scold me for trying to remove my nails at home. Once he saw the severity of my nail injury he told me there was no charge. Safe to say I wont be "returning in 2 weeks to have my nail painted"...

I went in for a refill and color change. WORST job ever. The acrilic was uneven, my nails were filed down unevenly, she used a clipper (like the one you use for dogs) which cracked my acrylic and she did a awful job repairing it, the nail polish was uneven as well. I had to go to a different nail salon the next day to have my nails totally redone from scratch. Im never going here again. EVER. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone at all either.

Theyre located near my house so I decided to give em a try.. Bad idea. Very understaffed, and very rude. I got a full gel set and so did my sister. But mine were $50 (Yikes!!!) and hers were $30 (all she got was french tips?) The woman doing our nails (yes, switching back and forth between the two of us and two other women getting pedicures) wasnt nice either. Just all around a bad experience and I dont plan on going back :(

The wait was a little long but its mothers day weekend so thats to be expected. They went above and beyond while I was waiting asking if I would like a water or soda. I got a full set and Nathan did an amazing job. They care about perfection and customer satisfaction. They actually talk to you and get to know you rather than rushing you in and out!! Wont go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone!

Awful. Went there to get my acrylics done and the first time, it was ok. Went back to get the filled, they were AWFUL! The man rushed through my nails, cut my cuticles several times, and left my nails uneven; they werent even completely filled. When he painted them, he missed the sides and when I was told my nails were dry & I could leave, they ended up smudging and denting. Never returning.

Horrible. I mean they were nice enough I guess (they didnt really say much) but me and my husband were the only ones in there and they still rushed to the point that my toes looked like they were done by a 4yr old. Super sloppy. I had to go home and redo them myself. I was going to get a mani too but after seeing my toes I decided not to waste any more of my time. I will never go back.

This place has gotten bad reviews from the previous management but I gave it a shot because people had suggested Nathan and he was awesome! Totally recommend them Ive had such a hard time finding a good nail salon in Deals that I want to come back to but Nathan did a great job I definitely suggest giving them a try!

I called 5pm on a Sunday to receive service from them. The man that answered the phone said that they would be open late so I could come in at 8pm if I liked. I told him that I didnt live in town, and I was on my way. I arrived there at 6:27 pm. They rudely told me that they were closed... I WAS PISSED!!
