Earlier tonight I went to this store to try and get my cracked iPhone 5c screen fixed. Beforehand I had gone to the Apple store cuz I thought I had a warranty to cover accidental damage. Unfortunately they told me the accidental screen damage was not covered and it would be around $130 to fix the screen alone and that it would take about an hour or more to fix. I had asked a friend of mine what they thought I should do and they suggested iFixYouri so I decided to check it out. I was greeted by an employee named Bailey(spelling?) and he was extremely kind and welcoming. Bailey was a perfect example of great guest service and made the whole thing really easy and quick as well as had great advice for taking better care of my phone. Not only did he fix my phone he also gave me a discount on a tempered glass screen protector (which he also applied) and a very nice case for a discounted price as well. This all only took about 30-45 minutes and cost me exactly the same as it would have to solely gotten my screen fixed at the Apple store. I would definitely recommend this store for any repairs you might need and this is where Ill be going in the future for sure. Or well hopefully I wont because hopefully I wont be breaking anything again. =]

I unfortunately shattered my phone while on vacation.Along with the phone being shattered the whole right side of my screen didnt work and there was a "black hole" in the bottom right corner.Originally went to my carrier to replace the shattered phone. Insurance have been able to cover it , it would have cost me $150 dollars and I wouldnt have a phone for at least a week. My friends suggested that we went to iFixYouri just to see what my options were going to be. We went in and they said they could fix not only the shattered part of my screen but the touch capabilities of my phone as well for $30 less then it would be at my carrier. Here is the kicker, they said it would be ready in 35 minutes. When I picked up my phone, it looked like it did when I first bought it. Taylor and Mike had the BEST costumer service. Taylor even offered me a deals on the glass screen protector on my phone! This company exceeded my expectations and seriously brighten a less then exciting moment on my vacation. Thank you SO much!

For months, I had been having problems with my iPhone 4S randomly turning off and acting like the battery was dead only to be plugged in and show a full charge -_- I did everything suggested online like restoring, software updates, calibrating the batter to no avail. I finally caved and decided to take my phone into iFixYouri expecting to pay a lot to just have the phone looked at and was completely wrong. They were AWESOME, super nice and seemed to know exactly what was wrong by just listening to my "symptoms", they checked out the phone and confirmed the battery was water damaged. After a quick switch, my phone was good as new! Sooo happy since buying a new phone would have cost 5 times more than the new battery! Def disappointed I didnt ask the experts sooner.

Its an efficient way of fixing your device, great communication between employees and costumers, but the hardware they use are not genuine and are the cheapest and lowest quality possible, i had my screen replaced and the first time it had a weird dark spot on the bottom and they had to replace the screen one second time and now this time Im stuck with a really low quality screen compared to the original iPhone Retina Display which can be professionally replaced with a genuine hardware from Apple for the same price, a dead pixel and weird smudges of white on the top of the display of my screen. My Pov is that its just a way of getting your phone fixed ASAP if your willing to sacrifice the quality of your product for time

Thank you sooooo much !!! BEST IN TOWN !! Literally !! Repair store on kirkman was gonna charge $300 something plus tax and take a day or 2 to order the parts with 90 day warranty said he would price match .. Decided to go with these guys and my phone was fixed the LCD AND GLASS for the 6s Plus for only $266 and it comes with a one year warranty !!! And mind you I was advised the time could take up to a hour at the most if the got busy the minimum 30 mins I simply went across the street to order my food and started to eat and got a phone call within 15 mins saying my phone is brand new !!! I cant thank you guys enough and the customer service was awesome thank you again

I personally didnt get my phone fixed here bc I didnt need my phone screen repaired but... My really good friend got his iPhone fixed and the guy who I believe his name was Bailey, was amazing!!! He was also super nice.. Gave my friend a discount on his new screen and a sick phone case and another glass screen protector thing all for an amazing price!! Almost the exact same price Apple would charge just to fix ur screen alone... And he got a new case and a glass screen protector for that price... The store itself is also very nice and cool!! :D Overall Super Welcoming!!! And if my screen ever cracks I would definitely go here :D So Awesome!!!

After doing research of where to have my ipad serviced, I decided to go with i fix ur I because they gave me a special rate and I was able to pick up my ipad the next day. As opposed to some other companies out there that wanted me to drop off my ipad for 2 to 3 days and meet with a random technician. They fixed my broken ipad mini screen and their staff gave tips on how to protect it from cracking in the future. The price I paid for is the best I found in town and they had my repair ready within 12 hours from dropping it off. I would recommend their services to anyone needing their ipad screen fixed.

I had been having issues with black vertical lines appearing on my screen. After checking multiple places, I stumbled upon a little repair shop tucked into a shopping center. I went inside to try my luck, and found excellent service. Instead of simply giving me prices to fix the issue, as the other places I visited had, the worker at I Fix Your i took the time to explain what the issue was and the best possible ways to fix it. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, would definitely recommend

Pleasant enough people, but I made an appointment to get a new battery- walked in and was told they have no batteries... why did you let me make an appointment to receive a new battery if you dont have any in stock...? No helpful advice on when they would be getting any either. Just said to call and keep asking... So if youre planning on using them for batteries I would definitely call before driving all the way there to make sure they can do what they say theyre going to!

My son broke his I-pad mini back in December and never had time to get it fix, he kept on nagging me to get it fix. I really didnt know where to go so I googled and found iFixYouri... My son and I were very happy, we went in to drop it off and the staff members there were very helpful and explained how their services work. I would definitely take mu I gadets back to them if I ever needed repair. iFixYouri is awesome, quick and reliable.
