Took my computer in because it wouldnt start. Young lady brought it out. She stated she just rebooted it. Of course I had done that at home and it didnt work. She removed my password and did not tell me leaving my computer exposed. She was rude. The store manager was rude. I made a complaint to BBB and to the national office of Best. Buy. Their customer service stinks.

The geek squad was unable to fix what I needed done. This is not the reason for my one star rating but because they didnt provide me with any potential referrals or suggestions to fix my device and were rude.
