I read the reviews before taking my laptop to the aforementioned computer repair store. They diagnosed my computer as having as a "system blowout," a term I was unfamiliar with, to indicate the malfunction. Kody (PH) took care of me. At the time they were very busy, so I left my laptop with them. Today, Nov. 10, I picked up my computer and paid a fee of $65. Nelson, who took care of me, also offered some suggestion on up-keeping the computer in optimal condition. This edition to the above is a warning to those who do NOT request a full disclosure of the work done and any guarantees that should be part of the repair deal. My laptop worked for three days and the so-called blowout fix was nothing more than a temporary fix. My computer is useless and my $65 repair fee was not refunded. According to Nelson, they would apply the $65 only if I bought a laptop from them. Ask for a refund policy--no strings attached-- if you decide to leave your computer here. Sorry, but this has not been a five star shop for me.

I go in looking for a sli bridge and dual 6 pin cable to connect to my power supply. After talking for a bit they tell me they cant sell me a cable and that Ill blow my power supply up trying to run my 980s in sli. Two employees then tried to peer pressure me into buying a beefier power supply when I didnt need it. I then bought the sli bridge only to find after getting home they sold me an AMD sli bridge, when they knew I had Nvidia graphics cards. Pushy store employees who dont care to help you as long as it makes a bigger sale.

Wholesale Computer Outlet in Downtown DeLand has always taken the best of care of all of my restaurants! They provide the fastest service at reasonable prices! They service all of my location in DeLand, Orange City, The Sanford Mall, and Waterford Lakes! Anytime our systems have crashed they have been there to rescue us FAST! Update 9/11/2013 Purchased an Asus N router for my coffee shop and they configured my static IP addresses and forwarded the ports for my cameras! Great Job!

Fast and friendly service. Always there when we need them and very prompt. We have had everything from hardware failures to viruses and they have saved us every time without fail! The staff is extraordinarily friendly! The extent of the knowledge is incredible. From computers to security systems to TVs. They really take care of us!

We tried another company only to find ourselves in a huge mess where we couldnt access our information. They cam and had us up and running in a short period of time. Fixing a problem that had gone on for months! NOT ONLY did they fix this, they were cheaper by thousands of dollars for the job! I simply cannot say enough!

I bought a computer early December, used, from Wholesale Computer. It worked great, then all of a sudden crashed. No clue why, so I took it back in. they couldnt get the issue resolved, so they replaced the computer!! these guys are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Being older and disabled, it is hard to find anyone to come to the house for a reasonable rate. They have been here for free a few times too. It helps when you are on a fixed income!

I bought a wireless samsung printer from somewhere else. I could not get it to work properly. I spent literally 4 days working on it and with technical support from ATT and Samsung. Neither company was able to successfully help me. I made one phone call here and they had it fixed within an hour!
