Today we happened to come upon Infinity while looking for a place to get a back to school cut. My 13 year old daughter is extremely anxious about anyone touching her hair and the experience we had today was amazing. Christine talked her through the entire process and then chatted with me for some time about my hair issues. Infinitys prices are excellent, the service was awesome and attitude was 0. I am so happy that we have finally found a place we can continue going back to.

Last week I finally got the courage to cut my long hair. I asked for a simple "V cut" and instead I received the worst haircut of my life - Ive been in tears for days. When I asked for a refund I was denied and told the only thing they could do was "fix it." I now have to go to a new salon and pay more money to actually get it fixed because Im afraid to let someone at Infinity touch my hair. The least they could do is give my a refund. I wish I could post a picture
