Flawless Beauty

If I could give this place a -5 review I would! They should change the name to "Scam Salon & Spa". I made the appointment earlier this week and when the gentlemen on the phone asked me "how did you hear about us?" and I said "I bought a Living Social coupon", I instantly heard him go "ugggg..." but I still made the appointment for today. Mind you, I live in Coral Gables and this place is in Aventura but I was there on time (11:00am, Friday, 11/20/15) and this is how the conversation went after I walked in and sat down at the gentlemens chair: Him: So what are we doing today? Me: Whats listed here on the coupon but let me ask you, instead of highlights, can I get just root color? Him: No Im sorry, we have to abide by exactly what is specified on the coupon. (partial highlights, wash, moraccon oil treatment and blow out) because I have had people complain if anything is changed. Me: Okay, thats fine, then just do whats on the coupon, that is what I paid for after all. Him: No I cant...you have to have your roots done. Me: But thats what I said. Him: WHAT...do you want me to give it to you for FREE!?!?! Me: No, I didnt say that...look just do whats on the coupon. Him: I cant do that because in order to do the highlights, I have to do your roots. Me: But I just want whats on the coupon. Him: I wont do it because it wont look right. Me: So you cant do anything then. Him: No, I wont! I informed him that I traveled from Coral Gables to here and that the only reason I came was because of the coupon but he didnt care. I walked out of the salon without doing anything to it and I start a new job tomorrow, my hair is a disaster and I have no other recourse at this time. I just want to cry at this point. PLEASE no matter how good a deal the coupon may seem...DONT GET IT! As I said at the beginning, this place is a SCAM!

I purchased a groupon for this to get hair coloring and cut for $55. When I arrived at the merchant they were very unpleasant. I asked about single processing and they said that the groupon only covered root color and did not include the entire head coloring. Any other place you go to does not do that, they asked to charge additional everything and were very unprofessional about the entire process. I chose to leave because I was not treated right and will find somewhere else.

My second time doing my hair at this salon and BE CAREFULL! If you are buying a groupon STOP IT! The owner will try to make you pay more no matter what and make up stories about how the service charges more and bla bla. I did a Californian style with his and went back 6 months after to color my hair one color. He (The owner) ended up messing up the coloring and rudely did not change one thing to fix what i was extremely unhappy with his work. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.

I love everything about this salon very friendly and clean. he does an amazing job.im always happy every time I leave this salon. I cant wait to go show my hair off.i dont mind driving from Hollywood to Aventura because I wouldnt go to anyone else but maymon. Great colouring and styling by Maymon, very professional and always consistent. Have been going there for a year and doing hair cut, color, blow dry and keratin straightening treatments and would not go anywhere else. I find the hair stylists trained outside of the US and especially from Mediterranean countries are much better hair dressers overall!! Would not go anywhere else.
