Ive tried to dine at this Cheesecake Factory location twice. Once in August 2014 and again this evening. This location does not even come close to meeting standards Ive come to know Cheesecake Factory for. Tonight, my husband and I did not receive our dinner after _50_ minutes of waiting. Even at the 30 minute mark when we asked about the status of our order, we still waited 10 more minutes without being served, and then asked for a manager. After nearly an hour, they still did not arrive with food, and comp-ed our drinks and we left hungry. Three months ago, I never even received water or met our server to put in a drink order until 10+ minutes passed and I had to ask for assistance. That evening, our dinner order was significantly delayed and I had to ask for the manager to get involved. Ive never been in a Cheesecake Factory restaurant anywhere in the country that operates like this one. Generally I cant tell the difference between a "CF" restaurant in Seattle, compared to one in Denver, compared to one in even West Palm Beach because they follow the same standards and protocols for service and food quality .This location is terrible.

Why does my family keep getting horrible either service or food at these locations? It happens almost every time I go here or city place. Its usually one or the other. One prime thing that sticks out from my experience today was we ordered eggs, bacon and potatoes to go with the French toast. We asked for no seasoning on the potatoes. Long story short, potatoes come out with seasoning. We mention it they take plate back. Come out no seasoning on potatoes but the eggs (now cold) have seasoning on them. We inform them about seasoning on eggs. They take them back, come with with "freshly made" eggs that were cold and STILL had seasoning on them. I had to get manager, whom showed no sympathy for the situation. He only came back after they saw me leaving a one star review to say he cares and am sorry. My wife cannot consume the red seasoning as it makes her extremely sick and this was made aware to them. They gotta go better or Im probably not going to return if it happens again.

The service and food are always great. The host staff are fantastic and I hope they get the credit they deserve. I will say the last time I was there I was sorely disappointed in the management. There was a lunch wait as usual and the staff was making accommodations for two parties when a group of people bypassed the wait and just took a table. When the staff approached them to let them know the tables were already unavailable the manager walked over, threw the staff under the bus and let the people stay. Leaving the staff to reorganize the parties. I felt bad for the parties and the staff members involved. Unfortunately, the lack of care for those who were waiting and the understanding of what the staff was trying to accomplish has left me somewhat bitter of this location. It all happened right by our table Management sets the tone.

My family and I visited this particular Cheesecake Factory about a month ago during the afternoon. The food was comparable to any restaurant that serves reheated plates. Two out of four of our meals were served incomplete, the waitress told us one thing about the menu then came back and said that one of the sides wasnt included and she would have to charge for it. That wasnt the big deal but the food was horrible! It was such a dissapointment because Cheesecake Factory is such a treat for us. I have been to the one in Sunrise, FL at the Sawgrass Mills Mall and that one is excellent each time. Great service, delicious food. What a dissapointment this Cheesecake Factory was, especially being in Palm Beach Gardens.

Every time I go to cheesecake factory I walk out of there very happy with the service and the food. Today I took my husband for dinner for his birthday and could not leave without expressing to the waiter my opinion about the portions of one of the combination dishes. My husband had the salmon and steak combination. The food was good but the portion of the steak and the salmon was a disgrace. The salmon was so so so small that to be noticed on the dish, the chef placed it on top of three asparagus. The steak was so tiny that they put a bunch of mushrooms to disguise the tiny portion. I was really disappointed with the food tonight that I may stay away from the restaurant for a while.

On August 7, 2010 I walked into The Cheesecake Factory in West Palm Beach. The Hostess said that it will be a thirty min wait; after waiting an hour and ten mins my boyfriend asked to speak to the manger he told us, " the computer was broken." He offered a free appetizer which was very nice. Unfortunily after not even finishing our meal we were offered to-go boxes and was not offered the dessert menu. When the waiter was talking up my boyfriends plate he asked if he wanted to, " lick it clean" Since everyone at the table was African American initially it was just bad service, after that comment it lead us to believe; the whole incitdent was racially motivated.

I knew the day would come where the wife and I would have a bad experience at a Cheesecake Factory. After eating at the location by our home regularly, we decided to try one while on a short trip. Food = F, Service = F. My glass of water sat on the table leaking water from a hole in the bottom of the cup the entire time we were seated, once the waiter stopped to check on us (1.5 times total), he split with the water to never return. In that time he was gone, I finished my food (burnt) with no high quality H20 to wash down the burnt food. The only reason I ate the food at all was because I was starving. Worst exp at a Cheescake Factory to date.

Awesome dining experience! David was our server and he was great with a wonderful, sincere smile! The drinks were good-whiskey smash and pineapple mule, but the food was out of this world! The fried mac and cheese were the best Ive ever had, the beet and goat cheese salad was fresh, tangy and well balanced, and the falafel salad had enough flavors to make every bite different than the last. The salted caramel cheesecake is a winner for salted caramel fanatics like myself, and the banana cream cheesecake satisfies two cravings at once! The entire evening was highlighted with such an amazing experience, we will be back very soon!

Horrible. Now when I say horrible I dont mean the food, food was excellent! But we came in as a group of 11 for a birthday/going away party at 7pm had a movie set up for 9:59 the server Peter barely greeted us, had zero personality, we had to wave him down/cut him off to quickly get an appetizer in. Bottom line we finally walked out of that building at 11pm! After waiting an hour to even put our drink order in, an hour to put our food order in, an hour to get dessert, an an hour to ask for our checks. Meanwhile sitting with ice cubes in my cup..

We go here frequently and always have a good time. I love the meat loaf here and the avocado rolls. The lite small menu is good if you want a few bites. Salads are very big and enough for 2-4 as a first course. The ahi tuna is good value, as well the mushroom flat breads. Frozen drinks are huge and a great value. The service is sometimes great and sometimes average...depends on waiter. We always request a waitress we know who is good to us. Not a fan of the cheese cakes...a little too dense. try the carrot cake instead..one of the best.
