They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You would think because you pre-order an order that you will be able to pick it up. I pre-ordered 3 weeks prior to pick up an appetizer from honey baked ham and they said it will be available on Dec 23, 2008. I went to pick up the appetizer and the manager was rude and said "Sorry we didnt know how well the appetizer was going to do and we only ordered 10 and they are all gone" HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! didnt I just PRE-ORDER IT?? Are they giving out ordered items to people who just walk-in? You cannot trust this store for any formal events like the holidays. You cannot count on their loyalty and on their service anymore. It is very sad. They should close and leave fort lauderdale.

New manager no more delivery too bad for them we will go elsewhere. Very inconsistant food is good but its hard to mees up a sandwich lol
